Նախօրեին Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարեց իր թեկնածությունը ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրություններում առաջադրելու մասին ու հայտարարեց, որ իր կարողությունը գրեթե 9 մլրդ դոլլար է: Դոնալդին են պատկանում ԱՄՆ-ի ամենահայտնի շինությունները՝ Մանհաթենից մինչև Փալմ Բիչ, որոնք լի են ոսկով:

Որպես կանոն՝ «տուն» ասելով Թրամփը նկատի ունի Trump Tower-ը, որը գտնվում է Նյու Յորքի Հինգերորդ ավենյուում: Trump Tower-ը 68 հարկանի երկնաքեր է, միլիարդատիրոջ ննջարանը գտնվում է պենտհաուսում։

Թրամփի պենտհաուսում դուռը զարդարված է ոսկով ու ադամանդներով, շատրվան, նկարազարդ առաստաղ ու շքեղ ջահ։

Երբ նա հոգնում է իր նյույորքյան բնակարանից, նստում է իր 100 մլն դոլլարանոց Boeing-757-ը ու գնում իր առանձնատներից որևէ մեկը։

Ինքնաթիռի անվտանգության գոտիների ամրացման հատվածը ոսկուց է։

Այստեղ նա կարող է հանգստանալ: Բարձերի վրա աստեղնագործված է նրա ընտանեկան գերբը։

Եթե նա չի ճանապարհորդում ինքնաթիռով, ուրեմն վարում է իր շքեղ մեքենաները: Նա Rolls-Royce-ի երկրպագու է, ունի 1997 թվականի երկնագույն Lamborghini Diablo ու Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 1985թ:

Թրամփը 10 մլն դոլլարով գնեց Մար-ա-Լագո կալվածքը Փալմ Բիչում ու այն վերածեց մասնավոր ակումբի: Շինությունը գտնվում է Հարավային Ֆլորիդայի էլիտար հողամասերից մեկում ու ունի մոտ 7 հա մակերես։

Առանձնատունը կառուցվել է 1924թ: Մարջորի Մերիվեզեր Փոսթի՝ հացահատիկի մագնատի ժառանգորդուհու կողմից: Նա 10 տարի այն օգտագործեց, որպես ապրելավայր, մինչ կվերածեր էքսքլյուզիվ ակումբի։

Առանձնատունն ունի 58 ննջարան, 33 լոգարան, 12 բուխարի, 3 ռմբապաստարան։

1995-ին նա գնեց Seven Springs հողատարածքը Բեդֆորդում՝ 86 հա տարածքով: Առանձնատունը ունի 3623 մ² մակերես, այն որպես ամառանոց է ծառայում Թրամփի, նրա կնոջ՝ Մելանիի ու իրենց որդու՝ Բարոնի համար։

Հողատարածքի համար նա վճարեց 7,5 մլն դոլար։

Թրամփը վարձեց Orange County Choppers թիմին, որպեսզի 24 կարատանոց ոսկուց ու էլիտար մասերից հավաքի այս մոտոցիկլետը։

2011-ին նա գնեց 2137 մ² մակերեսով առանձնատուն, մի քանի ամիս առաջ գնել էր խաղողի այգիներ ու 6,2 մլն դոլլարով՝ գինու գործարան։

Առանձնատանը կա 45 համար, կինոթատրոն, ձիանոց, հյուրերի համար նախատեսված քոթեջ։

Ինչ-որ պահի նա նվիրեց կամ վաճառեց Վիրջինիայում ամենամեծ խաղողի այգիները որդուն՝ Էրիկին։
