Ադրբեջանը՝ լուրջ երկընտրանքի առջև

Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա հակամարտության արդյունքում Թուրքիայից ոչ պակաս խնդրահարույց վիճակում է հայտնվում նաև Թուրքիայի կրտսեր եղբայրը՝ Սուլթանական Ադրբեջանը: Վերջինս հայտնվում է լուրջ երկընտրանքի առջև՝ Ռուսաստա՞ն, թե՞ Թուրքիա:
Բնական է, որ հակամարտող կողմերը միմյանց ապտակելու համար որպես գործիք պետք է օգտագործեն նաև հայկական հարցը:
Թուրքիայի ստոր հնարքներն էլ իրենց երկար սպասեցնել չտվեցին. վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութողլուն շտապեց հայտարարություն անել, թե իրենք շարունակելու են ջանքեր գործադրել՝ «վերջ տալու համար Ադրբեջանական տարածքների, այդ թովում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացմանը»: Դրան էլ հաջորդեց արտաքին գործերի նախարար Չավուշողլուի այցը Բաքու, որտեղ նա կրկնել է Դավութօղլուի միտքը՝ ավելացնելով, որ Թուրքիան միշտ Ադրբեջանի կողքին է: Եվ սա այն բանից հետո, երբ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարների ոչ ադեկվատության պատճառով չհաջողվեց Էրդողան-Պուտին հեռախոսազրույցը, նաև արդյունավետ չեղավ Չավուշօղլու-Լավրով զրույցը:
ՆԱՏՕ-ից ակնկալիքներն էլ կարծես թե կարող են չարդարանալ, և այս պարագայում սթափ դատելու ունակության փոխարինում են չմտածված քայլերը:
Ադրբեջանի համար իրականում սա ցնծալու առիթ չպետք է լինի, որովհետև թուրքական կողմի ցանկացած միջամտությանը կարող է հետևել ռտուսական կողմի միջամտությունը, մանավանդ որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների շրջանակներում հնարավոր բոլոր տարբերակներն արդեն քննարկվում են: Բացի այդ, կա Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խնդիր, որը փչացնելն Ադրբեջանին ոչ պակաս ձեռնտու չի, մանավանդ որ դա մեխանիկորեն կազդի նաև հարավային հարևանի՝ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա: Սակայն մյուս կողմից էլ Ադրբեջանը չի կարող որևէ կերպ իր աջակցությունը չհայտնել ավագ եղբայր Թուրքիային:
Սա էլ մեկ այլ խնդիր է, քանի որ ավագ եղբայրը ձեռք է բերել ահաբեկչության հովանավորի իմիջ: Այնպես որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն պետք է որ շատ լավ գիտակցի, որ արցախյան հարցում ոչինչ չի կարող փոխվել ի օգուտ իրենց և թուրք պաշտոնյաների 1-2 հայտարարությունից անիմաստ չոգևորվի: Դեպքերի նման ընթացքը ավելի նպաստավոր է Հայաստանի համար, մանավանդ որ դա գիտակցում են նույնիսկ ադրբեջանական որոշ քաղաքական գործիչներ:
Օրինակ Ադրբեջանի Մեջլիսի պատգամավոր Ագիլ Աբբասը նոյեմբերի 25-ին տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին իր տված մեկնաբանության մեջ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանին կոչ է արել ներողություն խնդրել Ռուսաստանից, հայտնելով այն կարծիքը ՍՈՒ-24-ին խփելը կարող էր լինել նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահ Օբամայի պատվերը: Իհարկե, այս մեկնաբանությունն արժանացավ Ադրբեջանի իշխանական լրատվամիջոցների սուր քննադատությանը, սակայն եթե առանձին գործիչներ արդեն բարձրաձայնում են ավագ եղբոր քաղաքականության հետ անհամաձայնության մասին՝ հավանաբար վախենալով Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների փչացման հետևանքով հնարավոր վտանգներից, ուրեմն Ադրբեջանի իշխանական շրջանակներն իսկապես որ խիստ մտահոգված են:
