Փաշինյան-ՍԴ համակարտությունն ազդում է Հայաստանի հեղինակության վրա. Արփինե Հովհաննիսյան
POLITICSԻշխանությունների համար հնարավոր լավ լուծումը պետք է լինի ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանին եւ ՍԴ-ն հանգիստ թողնելը. դա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերից է բխում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը։
Խոսելով ՍԴ -ի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին, Հովհաննիսյանը նկատեց, որ առկա լարվածությունը վնասում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հեղինակությանը. «Հանգուցալուծման տարբերակները տարբեր կերպ կարող են լինել՝ կախված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ցանկությունից եւ տրամադրությունից։ Կարող են, օրինակ, կալանավորել Հրայր Թովմասյանին, սակայն դրանից շատ բան չի փոխվի։ Կարող են ճնշումներ գործադրել ՍԴ դատավորների վրա եւ փորձել կորզել նրանցից մեկի կամ երկուսի հրաժարականը»։
Արդարադատության նախկին նախարարի խոսքով՝ այդ իրադարձությունների հիմքը ՍԴ դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանի իրավական վերլուծությունն էր. «Իշխանությունները վստահել են Վահե Գրիգորյանի իրավական վերլուծության արժանահավատությանը՝ չուզենալով տեսնել նույնիսկ միջազգային կառույցների կարծիքները։ Այդտեղից էլ սկսել են հանգուցալուծել խնդիրը։ Դա հետո դարձել է քաղաքական հակամարտություն։ Այն, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանն ուզում է դառնալ ՍԴ նախագահ, կարծում եմ՝ ինքնահռչակման պրոցեսով ակնհայտ է»։
Անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասուլիսին հնչեցված հարցին՝ արդյոք ինքը տեղյա՞կ է, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանը չի մասնակցում ՍԴ նիստերին, սակայն ստանում է աշխատավարձ, վերջինս ասել էր՝ տեղյակ չի եղել, Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն այս մասով ասաց.
«Չեմ կարծում, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը դրանից տեղյակ չէր։ Չկա այնպիսի բան, որի մասին նա տեղյակ չլինի։ Փաշինյանը տեղյակ է անգամ ֆեյսբուքյան իր գրառումների տակ մարդկանց մեկնաբանությունների բովանդակությունից։ Հետեւաբար, բացառվում է, որ նա տեղյակ չլիներ, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանն ամիսներ շարունակ վատնում է պետական բյուջեի միջոցները, ստանալով աշխատավարձ, չկատարելով իր աշխատանքը։ Կարծում եմ, որ այդ պահին հարմար էր այդպես ասել, որպեսզի իր համար ծանր, անհարմար պատասխան չհնչեցվեր»։
