POLITICSՍԴ նախագահի մասին Հանրայինի ռեպորտաժը քրգործում եղած «ապացույցների» ակնհայտ կանխակալ ներկայացման եւ անմեղության կանխավարկածի ցինիկ խախտման ցայտուն օրինակ է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 29-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտարարություն է տարածել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի պաշտպան Ամրամ Մակինյանը։
Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի փաստաբանական թիմի հայտարարությունը՝
Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Լուրեր»-ի թողարկման ընթացքում այսօր եթեր է հեռարձակվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի վերաբերյալ գեղարվեստական ոճով պատրաստված ռեպորտաժ, որը հանրությանը ոչ հավաստի տվյալների, քրեական գործում եղած «ապացույցների» ակնհայտ կանխակալ ներկայացման եւ անմեղության կանխավարկածի ցինիկ խախտման ցայտուն օրինակ է։
Զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների օգտագործմամբ նման կոպիտ խախտումները կրկնակի դատապարտելի են, երբ տեղի են ունենում հարկատուների միջոցներից ֆինանսավորվող Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության կողմից, որն իր ակնհայտ քաղաքական պատվեր հանդիսացող ռեպորտաժը պատրաստելիս նույնիսկ նպատակահամար չի համարել ներկայացնել պաշտպանական կողմի դիրքորոշումը:
Ավելին, պարզ չէ, թե ինչ իրավական ընթացակարգի շրջանակներում է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը հասու դարձել նշված «տեղեկատվությունը», երբ սույն քրեական գործով ներկայացված մեղադրանքի վերաբերյալ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը երբեւէ հանդես չի եկել որեւէ հրապարակային պարզաբանմամբ։
Հաշվի առնելով, որ սույն քրեական գործի շրջանակներում նախաքննության տվյալների հրապարակման անթույլատրելիության եւ գործի բազմակողմանի քննության ու հանրայնացման սկզբունքների խախտումն այլեւս հատել է թույլատրելիի սահմանը՝ առաջիկա օրերին մեր փաստաբանական թիմը կձեռնարկի գործողություններ՝ պաշտպանության կողմի խախտված իրավունքների վերականգման եւ նշված իրավախախտումները կատարած անձանց շրջանակի բացահայտման եւ հրապարակման ուղղությամբ:
