Արման Սարգսյանի հրամանով Երևանն ունի նոր քրեականի պետ. նա ոստիկանության հնաբնակ «Շերլոկ Հոլմս»-ն է
POLITICSSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ հունվարի 31-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արման Սարգսյանը հրամաններ է ստորագրել:
Ա. Սարգսյանի հրամանով ոստիկանութան գնդապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը նշանակվել է ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ: Ա. Սարգսյանի մեկ այլ հրամանով Կ. Գրիգորյանն ազատվել է ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնից: ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի մեկ այլ հրամանով ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պետ է նշանակվել Արսեն Ոսկանյանը, որը Ա. Սարգսյանի մեկ այլ հրամանով ազատվել է ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնից: Ա. Սարգսյանի հրամանով Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանը նշանակվել է ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի պետ, որն օրեր առաջ ազատվել էր ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնից: Ա. Սարգսյանի մեկ այլ հրամանով ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Վահե Մուշեղյանը ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից և ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի մեկ այլ հրամանով նշանակվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության թմրամոլության և շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության 4-րդ վարչության բաժնի պետ:
Երևանի ոստիկանության քրեական բաժնի նորանշանակ պետ Կ. Գրիգորյանը ոստիկանության հնաբնակներից է և նրա ղեկավարած բաժիններում ու բաժանմունքներում բազմաթիվ աղմկահարույց հանցագործություններ են բացահայտվել, այդ թվում՝ առանձնակի դաժանությամբ տեղի ունեցած սպանություններ, ավազակային հարձակումներ, սպանության փորձեր, այդ թվում՝ պետական պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ և, որ ամենակարևորն է, կանխվել են նաև մեծ թվով առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություններ ու ոստիկանության համակարգում որպես լավագույն «օպերատիվնկների» մեկը նրան ավելի շատ ճանաչում են «Շերլոկ Հոլմս»:
