Նախօրեին պարզվեց, որ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորները նախաձեռնում են փետրվարի 6-ին արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրել։ Արտաքուստ արտառոց բան չկա: 

Բայց ԱԺ նախագահի համապատասխան հայտարարությունը ԱԺ կայքում մնաց ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ: Մասնագետներն արդեն խոսում էին այն մասին, որ նման ռեժիմով ու նման ժամկետներում ԱԺ արտահերթ հրավիրելն ու միանգամից երկու ընթերցմամբ քննարկելը հակասում է ԱԺ կանոնակարգին: 

Երեկ փորձեցինք պարզաբանում ստանալ ԱԺ-ից: Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ հաղորդակցության վարչությունից հնարավորինս խուսափեցին պատասխանել հարցին՝ նշելով, թե «երևի տեխնիկական խնդիր է եղել»: 

Այլ լրատվամիջոցների էլ աշխատակազմից պարզապես ասել էին, թե պարզաբանում կլինի: 

Իհարկե, որքան էլ էական է, թե ինչպես է խորհրդարանում հնարավոր նման խնդիր, այս պարագայում ամենակարևոր հարցը արտահերթի օրը կամ կայքում հայտարարությունը տեղադրել-հանելը չէ, առավել ևս «կրուտիտը» չէ, նույնիսկ «հետողորմյան» չէ, այլ փաստը, իշխանությունների կողմից նման նախաձեռնությունը: 

Փաստացի, մինչ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների ընդունումն Ազգային ժողովի կողմից Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելը՝ նախագծի սահմանադրականությունը որոշելու նպատակով, նախատեսվում է դարձնել ոչ պարտադիր, նույնը՝ հանրաքվեի դրվող Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների մասով: 

Նպատակը հասկանալի է: Սակայն երեկ արդեն իսկ բազմաթիվ իրավաբաններ գնահատեցին, որ «ակնհայտորեն վերացվում են իրավական և ժողովրդավարական պետության համար կարևորագույն հենասյուները՝ իրավունքի գերակայության, իշխանությունների զսպման և հավասարակշռման, օրինականության սկզբունքները», «հիմնավորման մեջ առնվազն համարժեք չեն ընկալվել և մեկնաբանվել Սահմանադրության հիմնադրույթները, առկա է ակնհայտ շփոթ», նման հիմնարար փոփոխությունները չեն կարող արվել «ոտքի վրա», առավել ևս առանց Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի եզրակացության և այլն: 

Գաղափարն ինքնին սուր քննադատության է արժանացել նաև ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից: 

Ի դեպ, շատերն են ուշադրություն հրավիրում այն հանգամանքին, որ «ժողովրդի իշխանությունը» փաստացի ուզում է Սահմանադրություն փոխել առանց հանրաքվեի, այսինքն՝ առանց ժողովրդի կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու:
