Այսօր՝ 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ին, ժամը 16:40-ի 16:50-ի սահմաններում Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության Գյումրու ստորաբաժանման երկրորդ դասակի հրամանատար Լ.Ղանդիլյանը, առերևույթ անցնելով պաշտոնական լիազորությունները, իր մոտ տուգանային հրապարակ բերված ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատիրոջ՝ վստահորդիս հարցով եկած փաստաբան Հայկ Հարությունյանիս վրա հարձակվել է լուտանքներով, վիրավորանքներով, սկսել է հրմշտել, ապա քաշքելով դուրս է հանել աշխատասենյակից եւ շենքից: Դա տեղի է ունեցել դասակի՝ մոտավորապես 10 ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ: Ինձ՝ որպես փաստաբանի, որեւէ բացատրություն չի տվել այդ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործության տարրեր պարունակող վարքի համար:
Կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե սույն ոստիկանը ինչպես կվարվի կամ ինչպես է վարվում ոչ փաստաբանների հետ:
Սա մասնագիտական էթիկայի խախտում չէ, սա արարք է, որն իր մեջ առերևույթ հանցագործության տարրեր է պարունակում եւ իմ բոլոր ջանքերը ներդնելու եմ հասնելու իմ անձնական և մասնագիտական արժանապատվությանը հասցված վնասի հատուցմանը, ինչպես նաև մեղավոր պաշտոնյայի քրեական պատասխանատվությանը:
