Տասնամյակներ շարունակ մարդկանց մեջ դրել և զարգացրել են քրեական ենթամշակույթը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը։
«Տարիներ շարունակ այդ ենթամշակույթը զարգացրել են, որպեսզի ծառայեցնեն իրենց, որպեսզի այդ ենթամշակույթը ծնի հարյուրապետ բորենիներին, որոնք ընտրություններ կկեղծեն, հարցեր կլուծեն, պետք եկած ժամանակ փոխարինեն պետությանը և օրենքը ՀՀ-ում: Մարդկանց մեջ սերմանվել է այն գաղափարը, որ լավ տղեն ոչ թե աշխատող տղեն ա, այլ փողի ճար անողը, որ լավ տղեն ոչ թե սովորողն է, այլ բակում պպզողը, որ լավ տղեն ոչ թե գիտնականն է, ուսուցիչը, բժիշկը, մարզիկը, այլ ուժի և վախի հաշվին հարց լուծողը: Որ ճիշտը ոչ թե պետության օրենքներն են, ուր մարդը, քաղաքացին պետք է պաշտպանված լինի և բոլորը հավասար են, այլ գողական օրենքը, ուր ով ուժեղ է, նա է ճիշտ, ով ավելի ճարպիկ է, նա է հաղթում: Այս և էլի շատ օրինակները մեր կյանքում արհեստականորեն արմատացած կեղծ արժեքներն են, որ այսօր հաճախ հետևանք են շատ բացասական երևույթների համար, վնասում և թուլացնում են Հայաստանը: Սա է նաև բանակում ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների հիմնական պատճառը, որի հետևանքով մեր երեխաներն են զոհվում:
Գիտակցենք սա, հիշենք և ամեն օր ամեն բան անենք, որ հզորանա մեր բոլորի Հայաստանը, այլ ոչ թե այդ տարածքում լյուկի վրա պպզող խուժանը: Մենք միասին կարող ենք դեռ շատ դժբախտություններ կանխել:
