Արցախի կառավարությունը կրկին կոչ է արել դադարեցնել հացադուլը
BLOGԱՀ կառավարությունը մեկ անգամ ևս կոչ է անում Ալեքսանդր Քանանյանին և նրան միացած Մհեր Պողոսյանին՝ դադարեցնել հացադուլը, չվտանգել առողջությունը և գործուն մասնակցություն ունենալ ձևավորվող հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին։ Այս մասին ասված է կառավարության տարածած հայտարարությունում։
«Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը, հաշվի առնելով հարցի կարեւորությունը, անհրաժեշտ է համարում իրազեկել հանրությանը՝ փոքր հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների կառուցման ու շահագործման ընթացքում շրջակա միջավայրի վրա հնարավոր բացասական ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու եւ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քայլերի մասին:
Այդ շրջանակներում է կառավարության կողմից սեղմ ժամկետում մասնագիտական, անկախ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը, որի կազմում կընդգրկվեն մեկական մասնագետներ ԱՀ բնապահպանության և բնական ռեսուրսների, ԱՀ էկոնոմիկայի և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություններից, ԱՀ հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող հանձնաժողովից (համաձայնությամբ):
Կառավարությունը դիմել է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործընկերներին՝ բնապահպանական և հիդրոէներգետիկ ոլորտի մասնագետների հանձնաժողովի կազմում ներգրավելու խնդրանքով: Արդյունքում՝ երկուական մասնագետներ ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի ու ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություններից, ևս երկու անկախ փորձագետներ, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, այսօր կժամանեն Արցախ եւ նույնպես կընդգրկվեն հանձնաժողովի կազմում:
Կառավարությունն օրեր առաջ դիմել էր հացադուլ հայտարարած Ալեքսանդր Քանանյանին՝ հանձնաժողովի կազմում 3 անդամ առաջադրելու հարցով եւ սպասում է առաջարկների ներկայացմանը:
Ներկա պահին ՀԷԿ-աշինական բոլոր աշխատանքները դադարեցված են, և ինչպես հայտարարվել է ավելի վաղ, աշխատանքները չեն վերսկսվի՝ մինչև մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի համապատասխան եզրակացություն ստանալը:
