Արթուր Վանեցյանի ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարություն են տարածել
POLITICSԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում, ասվում է.
«Ինչպես հայտնի է «Դարեսկիզբ» ՍՊ ընկերությունից (Հայկական ժամանակ, armtimes. com) պահանջել էինք հերքել նշված կայքում հունվարի 12-ին հրապարակված «Պատիվ ունեմ, թե պատիվ չունեմ...» վերնագրով հոդվածում Արթուր Վանեցյանի վերաբերյալ սուտ, զրպարտչական տեղեկությունները։ Դիմումն ու հերքման բովանդակությունը մեր կողմից հրապարակվել էր, և հանրությունը հնարավորություն ունեցել է առանձին-առանձին մեջբերումներով ծանոթանալ, թե կոնկրետ որ արտահայտություններն են հանդիսանում զրպարտություն ու որոնք է անհրաժեշտ ամբողջությամբ հերքել։
Այսօր, սակայն, նշված ընկերությունից ստացել ենք հավանաբար մեզ ուղղված մի գրություն, որով հայտնվում է, թե «հերքման մասին դիմումը և դրան կից ներկայացված հերքման տեքստը» ընկերության կողմից քննարկման առարկա չեն դարձվում։
Նույն գրությամբ, սակայն, քննարկման առարկա դարձնելով թե՛ դիմումը, թե՛ հերքման տեքստը, հեղինակը նշում է.
1. Ա.Վանեցյանի ներկայացուցիչները, վերջինիս կողմից տրված լիազորագրի համաձայն ունեն «հերքման պահանջ ներկայացնելու իրավունք», բայց չունեն «նման բովանդակությամբ հերքման տեքստ ներկայացնելու իրավասություն»։
2. Հերքման տեքստում ու դիմումում նշված չէ, թե «հրապարակված հոդվածում, կոնկրետ, որ արտահայտություններն են Արթուր Վանեցյանի համար եղել զրպարտող կամ նրա իրավունքները խախտող»։
Մինչդեռ մեզ տրված լիազորագրերի համաձայն մենք լիազորված ենք և՛ ներկայացնելու «հրապարակված նյութի վերաբերյալ հերքում տարածելու պահանջ, այդ թվում ներկայացնելու հերքման տեքստ», և՛ «անելու հայտարարություններ, ներկայացնելու և ստանալու փաստաթղթեր, դիմումներ, բողոքներ, հաղորդումներ, այլ նյութեր, ստորագրելու անհրաժեշտ բոլոր փաստաթղթերը»։
Կարծում ենք այս գրությունը լիովին համարժեք է 12.01.2020 թվականին հրապարակված հոդվածի բովանդակությանը, դրա հավելյալ մեկնաբանումը ժամանակի անտեղի վատնում է, իսկ ժամանակը հարկ է օգտագործել արդյունավետ՝ քաղաքացիական հայցը նախապատրաստելու և հնարավորինս արագ այն դատարան ներկայացնելու համար։
