Մենք ինքներս ենք ընտրում մեր կողակցին,սակայն ընտանեկան կյանքում երջանիկ լինելու համար պետք է ճանաչել միմյանց, ընկերանալ և հետո նոր սիրահարվել։Շատերը կարծում են,որ սերը դա առաջին քաղցր շրջանն է։
Հենց որ զույգը խոչընդոտի է հանդիպում,վարդագույն ակնոցները հանվում են,ռոմանտիկան վերանում է,և զույգերը կարծում են,որ սերն անցել է։
Նվիրվածությունն ու համբերությունը սիրո ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչներից են։Եթե Դուք կարծում եք,որ սերն ավարտվել է,ապա շտապեմ Ձեզ տեղեկացնել,որ սերը չէր էլ սկսել։

Այս շրջանը հիմնականում տևում է 18 ամիս։Այս ընթացքում սիրահարված մարդկանց մոտ հորմոններ են արտադրվում,որոնք նպաստում են, որպեսզի մարդ ավելի վառ տեսնի աշխարհը։Նրանք կարծես թմրանյութի ազդեցության տակ լինեն։Խորհուրդ չի տրվում այս ընթացքում կարևոր որոշումներ կայացնել։
2.Հագեցվածության շրջան
Այս ընթացքում Դուք արդեն ավելի մտածված եք գործում և ավելի գիտակցված եք նայում Ձեր կողակցին, քանի որ սկսում եք ընտելանալ նրան։ Դուք դառնում եք ավելի բաց և բնական։
3.Ատելության շրջան
Այս շրջանից անհնար է խուսափել,եթե Դուք երկարատև հարաբերությունների մեջ եք։Այս ընթացքում շատ են լինում կռիվները,քանի որ Դուք պարզում եք Ձեր վատ կողմերը։Այս ընթացքում շատ են լինում բաժանվելու մտքեր,սակայն այդ դեպքում Դուք հանդիպում եք նոր մարդու և ամեն ինչ սկսվում է նորից։
4.Համբերության շրջան
Այս շրջանում մարդիկ դառնում են ավելի խոհեմ,քանի որ հասկանում են,որ ցանկացած կռիվ ավարտվում է, իսկ հարաբերությունները շարունակվում են։Պետք է երկու կողմն էլ աշխատի իր մեջ զարգացնել համբերությունը։
5.Պարտավորության և հարգանքի շրջան
Հենց այս շրջանում է սկսում երևալ իսկական սերը,քանի որ մարդ սկսում է մտածել ոչ թե իր,այլ դիմացինի լավի մասին։Նա մտածում է ինչ անել, որպեսզի իր սիրելիի համար ամեն ինչ լավ լինի։
6.Ընկերության շրջան
Այս ընթացքում զույգերը սկսում են ը կերանալ,դառնում են լավ ընկերներ, սկսում են լիովին վստահել միմյանց։Հենց դա է դառնում դեպի սեր տանող ճանապարհը։
7.Իրական սիրո շրջան
Իրական սիրո շրջանին շատ դժվար է հասնել,քանի որ այդ ընթացքում շատ խնդիրներ է պետք հաղթահարել։ Իրական սերն այն չէ,ինչ ընկնում է մեր հլխին երկնքից,այլ այն է,ինչի համար մարդ հասունանում է,ազատվում է իր եսասիրությունից և նախախնամություններից։
