168.am-ի   տեղեկություններով, արդեն քանի օր է՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից հրահանգ է իջեցվել որևէ ձևով  ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին, բառի բուն իմաստով, «պառկեցնել ասֆալտին» և կրկին բերման ենթարկել։ Նույնիսկ տեղեկություններ կան, որ Ոստիկանության հատուկ ստորաբաժանումներից մեկի անդամները, արդեն 4 օր է՝ հսկողություն են իրականացնում  Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի առանձնատան շրջակայքում։ Իրավապահները փորձում են դա անել աննկատ, որպեսզի Հայրապետյանը հանկարծակիի գա տնից դուրս գալիս։

 

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը ծանր է տարել Հայրապետյանի կողմից իրեն «Նիկոլիկ» ձևով դիմելը, ինչպես նաև նրա հայտարարությունը՝ «ասֆալտին փռելու և ոտքերը մաքրելու» վերաբերյալ։

 

Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը, հիշեցնենք, նման հայտարարություն էր արել նախօրեին, երբ նրան Ոստիկանությունը բերման էր ենթարկել ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքի պահման կասկածանքով։

 

«Դե, բնականաբար, հասկանում եք՝ ում հանձնարարությամբ է: Հերթական կապիկությունն է: Նրանք փորձում են ինձ վախեցնել, բայց մի բան չեն հասկանում, որ իմ տեսակին նման ձևով չեն կարող վախեցնել: Առհասարակ մեր տեսակն է ուրիշ, և բացի դրանից, նույնիսկ, եթե պառկեցնեին ասֆալտին, ժողովուրդ ջան, ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում եմ, ամոթ չէ ոստիկանի կողմից ասֆալտին պառկելը, բայց որ ես եմ պառկեցնելու մի գեղեցիկ օր ու ոտքերս մաքրեմ իրենց վրա, այ դա հաստատ է»,- ասել էր Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը:

 

Հայրապետյանի այդ հայտարարությունները, ընդհանրապես նման բառամթերքի օգտագործումը իշխանության որևէ ներկայացուցչի (և առհասարակ որևէ մեկի) հասցեին, բնականաբար, միարժեքորեն դատապատելի է։ Հասկանալի է նաև, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար հաճելի չէր լինելու իր հասցեին նման հայտարարություններ լսելը։

 

Սակայն իրավական պետությունում նման դեպքերում գործում են իրավական կառուցակարգեր՝ դատարան, որի միջոցով վիրավորվող կողմը կարող է պաշտպանել իր արժանապատվությունը։

 

Այս դեպքում, սակայն, գործ ունենք ուղիղ հաշվեհարդարի հետ, որն իրականացնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ոստիկանության միջոցով։

 

Իսկ ավելի լայն համատեքստում, այս և նման իրավիճակները հնարավոր են դարձել առաջին հերթին ու առավելապես՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա քաղաքական թիմի պատճառով ու մեղքով, որոնք ամիսներ շարունակ հասարակությանը բաժանում են սև-սպիտակի և իրենց հռետորաբանությամբ ու, բառիս բուն իմաստով, փողոցային բառամթերքով ամեն ինչ անում են ատելության մթնոլորտի խորացման համար։

 

«Պանդորայի արկղը», ինչպես ասում են, ցավոք, արդեն բացվել է։ Բացվել է առաջին հերթին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների կողմից։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ով իր հրապարակային ելույթներում նույնպես զերծ չի մնում պիտակավորումներից ու ատելություն հրահրող բառամթերքից։
