Ոստիկանությունում խնայել են մոտ 1,5 մլրդ դրամ
POLITICSԱսֆալտին փռելու, ապօրինի զենքի կասկածանքով բռնել-բաց թողնելու, Սահմանադրական դատարանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին արտաքուստ ստվերվեց մի բավականին ուշագրավ տեղեկատվություն:
Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում իրականացրած ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներով ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից 2020 թվականի կարիքների համար կազմակերպված մի շարք ապրանքների և ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման նպատակով իրականացված գնման գործընթացներում տնտեսվել են խոշոր դրամական միջոցներ:
Խնայողությունները կազմել են՝ 2020 թվականի համար միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրով հաստատված նշված ապրանքների, աշխատանքների և ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման նպատակով նախատեսված ֆինանսական միջոցների նկատմամբ՝ 956 մլն 272 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, 2020 թվականի համար նշված ապրանքների, աշխատանքների և ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման նպատակով կազմակերպված գնման ընթացակարգերում հայտերով ներկայացված նախահաշվային գների նկատմամբ՝ 505 մլն 132 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները բոլոր մատակարարների հետ սկսել են բանակցությունների վերաբացման գործընթաց՝ առավել ցածր սակագների հնարավորություններ գտնելու նպատակով:
Պատահական չէ, որ նույն ՊՎԾ հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում խնայողություններն ունեն ավելանալու միտում:
