Քանի որ բոլորը զբաղված են նոր քաղաքական տրենդով, այսինքն` «ուշագնաց» քննարկում են ակնկալվող հանրաքվեի արդյունքները, եկեք չմոռանանք, թե «ինչու եք հավաքվել»։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արման Աբովյանը:

 

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Խոսքը վերջին բանակցային զարգացումների մասին է` ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի շուրջ։

 

Եթե վերլուծենք ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը` Ժնեւում կայացած բանակցությունների մասին, ապա, սակավ տեղեկության պարագայում, ես ուշադրություն կդարձնեի մի շատ կարեւոր դրույթի վրա, խոսքը «հումանիտար ասպեկտի» մասին է, որի մասին շատ հպանցիկ ասաց մեր ԱԳՆ-ն։

 

Կներեք, իսկ հստակ ինչ է ենթադրում «հումանիտար» քայլերի տրամաբանությունը, եթե դա նշանակում է ինչ-որ թարգեթային խմբերի փոխայցելության ծրագրեր, ապա դա ինչ-որ տեղ հասկանալի է (չնայած ես չեմ հավատում այսպիսի ֆորմատի արդյունավետությանը` մի շարք օբյեկտիվ հանգամանքների պատճառով), բայց եթե օրինակ քննարկվում են տարբերակներ հայերի եւ ադրբեջանցիների միասնական բնակավայրերի ինչ-որ ծրագրեր, ապա կրկին վերահաստատեմ իմ դիրքորոշումը առ այն, որ դա չափազանց վատ եւ վտանգավոր միտք է, քանզի այս տիպի նախագծերը անպայման ունենալու են շատ ծանր հետեւանքներ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի գլոբալ փիլիսոփայության համար։

 

Կրկնեմ` յուրաքանչյուր այս կարգի ծրագիր դանդաղեցված ռումբ է Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության եւ լիարժեք անկախության համար։ Խնդրեմ, թող Ադրբեջանը անվերապահորեն ընդունի Արցախի Հանրապետության լիարժեք անկախությունը եւ նոր դրանից հետո ինչ ուզում է թող քննարկի Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ։

 

Սակայն հարկ եմ համարում ընդգծել, որ այս տիպի ասեկոսեները շրջանառվում են մամուլում եւ, ըստ էության, մենք չունենք հստակ փաստեր, որ նմանատիպ քննարկումներն ընթանում հայկական ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից։ Զերծ մնալով տարատեսակ դավադրության տեսություններից`ուղարկում եմ հարցում ԱԳՆ, որ ի վերջո գոնե հասկանանք, թե ուր ենք մենք շարժվում»:
