Ի վերջո, Սահմանադրության մեջ ընդամենը մեկ հոդված փոխելու և ՍԴ յոթ անդամից ձերբազատվելու համար ինչո՞ւ է իշխանությունը գնում հանրաքվեի ճանապարհով: Կարծիքները տարբեր են, սակայն, ի թիվս բոլոր նշված ու նշվելիք «պատճառների», առերևույթ կա մի խորքային խնդիր՝ իշխանության օրավուր ընկնող վարկանիշը: 

Այն ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է պահել: Իշխանությունների աշխատանքը արդյունք չի տալիս, հանրության դժգոհությունները գնալով մեծանում են, «բռնոցի-բացթողնոցիներն» այլևս արդյունք չեն տալիս, նախկինների կոռումպացվածության ու թալանի մասին առիթ-անաթիռ հիշատակումները սկսել են չազդել, պարբերական ռեժիմով թվախեղդ անելը նույնպես արդյունավետ չէ, լայվերն արդեն էֆեկտ չեն տալիս: 

Ուրեմն, ի՞նչ անել: Դուրս գալ փողոց: 

Չէ՞ որ այսօրվա իշխանավորների, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ ամենալավը ստացվում են միտինգն ու միտինգային ելույթները: Հիմա 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերը չէ, հենց այնպես փողոց դուրս չես գա: Իսկ ահա հանրաքվեն թույլ կտա երկու ամիս հանրությանը «թեժ» պահել, երկու ամիս խոսել նախկինների մասին, միտինգային հռետորաբանությամբ թշնամիներ ու հակառակորդներ «ձևավորել»: 

Հասկանալի է՝ սա հանգեցնելու է հասարակության մեջ նոր բևեռների առաջացմանն ու թշնամանքի, ատելության, հայհոյանքի դոզայի ահագնացմանը: Սակայն անցած մեկուկես տարում իշխանությունների գործելակերպը ցույց է տվել, որ... «նպատակն արդարացնում է միջոցները»: 

Այդուամենայնիվ, չի բացառվում, որ իշխանություններն սկսեն կռվել «իրենք իրենց հետ», եթե այդպես էլ չձևավորվի «Ոչ»-ի՝ կազմակերպված (ոչ մասնակի) շտաբ: 

Դրա նախանշանները, կարծես, երևում են: Դա գուցե հնարավորություն տա փոքր-ինչ մեղմել ներհասարակական «գզվռտոցները», թեպետ հաշվի առնելով այն բառապաշարը, որն օգտագործում են իշխանությունները, այդ առումով հույսերը, մեղմ ասած, մեծ չեն...
