Համաշխարհային դեմքերը դիմել են Փաշինյանին` հոլիվուդյան պրոդյուսերի դեմ «կարված» քրեական գործի վերանայման խնդրանքով
POLITICSՕրերս Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ազգությամբ հայ հոլիվուդյան պրոդյուսեր Ստեփան Մարտիրոսյանին դատապարտել է 5 տարի 7 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
Այս քրեական գործը լայն արձագանք է գտել սփյուռքում. մեր տեղեկություններով, մի շարք համաշխարհային դեմքեր նույնիսկ նամակով դիմել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այս գործը վերանայելու խնդրանքով: Հիշեցնենք, որ գործը կապվում է «Հայբիզնեսբանկի» սեփականատեր Վիտալի Գրիգորյանցի հետ:
Ստեփան Մարտիրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված խարդախությամբ ուրիշի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքը հափշտակելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, սակայն վերջինս պնդում է, որ Վիտալի Գրիգորյանցը կարողացել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ ունեցած լավ հարաբերությունների շնորհիվ «գործ կարել» Մարտիրոսյանի վրա:
Նշենք, որ Ստեփան Մարտիրոսյանը տևական ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ում զբաղված է եղել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանն ուղղված գործունեությամբ, փորձել է կապ հաստատել հայտնի ռեժիսորների հետ և այդկերպ հանրայնացնել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Նրա լոբբինգի շնորհիվ է, որ նկարահանվեց «Խոստումը» ֆիլմը:
