Մենք, կարծես, ստեղծում ենք տուրիզմի մի նոր տեսակ, որը կոչվում է ընտրական տուրիզմ․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԸնտրական տուրիզմ ենք ստեղծում, քարոզարշավին տնտեսությունն ավելի կաշխուժանա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 12-ին, ԱԺ-ի հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանի հարցին պատասխանեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նշենք, որ Թունյանը Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին հարցրել էր՝ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի 2 ամիս տեւելիք քարոզարշավը արդյոք կարո՞ղ է բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ տնտեսական ակտիվության վրա։
ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց, որ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կարող է ընտրությունների շրջանում ավելի բարձրանալ․
«2019 թվականի փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա ազդող հիմնական գործոնը, ի դեպ՝ նախորդ տարիների փորձը նույնպես դա ցույց տվեց, որ ապագայի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ունեցած վստահությունն է։ Ուզում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ այդ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վստահությունն ապագայի նկատմամբ ավելի կուժեղանա, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տնտեսական ակտիվությունը էլ ավելի կմեծանա։ Համոզված եմ, որ ոչ միայն բացասական ազդեցություն չի ունենա քարոզարշավը տնտեսական ընդհանուր վիճակի վրա, այլեւ կունենա աշխուժացնող ազդեցություն»։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Հայաստանում ստեղծվում է տուրիզմի նոր տեսակ․
«Ինչպես երեւում է՝ արտերկրում գտնվող բաղմաթիվ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ պատրաստվում են այդ ընթացքում Հայաստան գալ եւ քվեարկել։ Մենք կարծես՝ ստեղծում ենք տուրիզմի մի նոր տեսակ, որը կոչվում է ընտրական տուրիզմ։ Արտերկրում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցները, որոնք ունեն ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն, անպայման այս ընթացքը կարող են օգտագործել, մանավանդ, որ հիմա աներեւակայելի ցածր գներով ավիատոմսեր կարելի է գնել մի շարք եվրոպական քաղաքաներից։ Այն հայրենակիցները, որոնք չունեն քաղաքացիություն, նրանք նույնպես կարող են ընտրական տուրիզմից զերծ չմնալ, կարող են գալ ու դիտարկել, թե ինչպես են ժողովրդավարական պրոցեսները Հայաստանում տեղի ունենում»։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ նախագահը ստորագրել է հրամանգիր, ըստ որի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն տեղի կունենա ապրիլի 5-ին: Այս փոփոխություններով նախատեսվում է, որ 2018-ի ապրիլից առաջ ընտրված ՍԴ անդամների լիազորությունները դադարում են: ՍԴ 9 հոգանոց կազմից 7-ը ընտրվել են մինչեւ 2018-ի ապրիլը:
