«Ասֆալտին փռեք» բանակում կատարվող սպանությունները բացահայտելու անկարող/«անկարող» քննիչներին, հավաքվեք, զգաստացեք, ենթասպաներից մինչեւ գեներալ, մինչեւ նախարար բոլորդ պատասխանատու եք: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ազգագրագետ Հրանուշ Խառատյանը:

 

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Այստեղ «ես մեղավոր չեմ» չկա: Քննիչներն «անկարող» են միայն վերադասի ցանկությամբ: Այդ թվում նաեւ տարիներ շարունակ «անկարող» քննիչներ ունենալու համար: Այնքան մարդ է պարգեւատրվել, մեդալ, շնորհակալագիր, պաշտոնի բարձրացում ստացել «անկարողության» համար:

 

Մեկ օրվա մեջ, մեկուկես ժամվա տարբերութամբ, Արցախի երկու տարբեր զորամասերում, բայց երկուսն էլ հարավում «մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում» են ստացել երկու տարբեր զինծառայողներ, երկուսն էլ՝ 20 տարեկան... «Դեպքի մանրամասները պարզելու համար կատարվում է քննություն»: Սա այս պարբերացված սոսկալի երեւույթի նկատմամբ ստանդարտ ձեւաերպումն է: Ի՞նչ են պարզել նախորդ այս կարգի դեպքերի «քննությունները», ինչքա՞ն կարելի է «չպարզված հանգամաների» կամ կեղծ «պարզված հանգամաների» գերին մնալ: Բանակն ի՞նքն է դրա գերին, թե՞ այնտեղ ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է, եւ «չպարզված հանգամաների» գերի են միայն սպանվածների հարազատները եւ մենք՝ շարքային քաղաքացիներս:

 

Ես, որպես ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացի, այնպիսի ընկալում ունեմ, որ բանակային բոլոր անմեղ հնչող «մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում»-ները սոսկալի սպանություններ են, որոնց քննությունները համարյա երբեք օբյեկտիվ բացահայտումներ չեն արել եւ չեն անում: Դրանցից որոշների մասին իմացություններս ստիպում են կասկածել, որ սպանողները նախապես երաշխավորված են չբացահայտման:

 

Կամ քննիչներն են անորակ, կամ բանակն է անզոր նրանց կամայականություների նկատմամբ: Երբեմն էլ կասկածի որդն է կրծում՝ իսկ գուցե քննիչները պիտի ոչ թե «հանգամանքները պարզեն», այլ հանգամանքները կոծկե՞ն: Է, այդ քննիչներին «ասֆալտին փռեք», ասֆալտին փռելու սպառնալիքների մաստեր կլասի դասեր ենք ստանում, դատեք նրանց ի վերջո: Չպարզված, կամ կեղծ պարզված հանգամանքները անգամներով գերազանցում են պարզվածներին/«պարզվածներին»: Իսկ գուցե կարող եք նաեւ «հանգամանքե՞րը» ասֆալտին փռել»:
