Երևանի համայնքին պատճառվել է 25 միլիոն դրամից ավելի վնաս․ ոստիկանության բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՔրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում նյութերի նախապատրաստման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված հետախուզական միջոցառումներով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ մի ընկերություն 2015-ից 2017 թվականների ընթացքում կապալի և ծառայությունների մատուցման մի շարք պայմանագրեր է կնքել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և մի հասարակական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության հետ։ Համաձայն Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ կնքած պայմանագրի՝ ընկերությունը պետք է վերանորոգեր կենդանաբանական այգին և Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի թաղապետարանի շենքի ու նույն վարչական շրջանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի տանիքները, իսկ հասարակական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության հետ կնքած պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ պետք է պատրաստեր ու կազմակերպությանը մատակարարեր մետաղական ցուցատախտակներ։ Պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը չարաշահել է պատվիրատուների վստահությունը և ծառայություններն իրականացրել մասնակի՝ խարդախությամբ հափշտակելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումարներ։ Այս ապօրինությունների հետևանքով՝ Երևանի համայնքին պատճառվել է 17 միլիոն 680 հազար դրամից ավելի, իսկ հասարակական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությանը 26 միլոն 900 հազար դրամից ավելի վնաս։ Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ հիշյալ ապօրինություններն արվել են մեկ այլ ընկերության օժանդակությամբ, որը պետք է շինարարական աշխատանքների հսկողություն իրականացներ։ Այս ընկերության աշխատակիցները չարաշահել են իրենց լիազորությունները և կազմել կեղծ կատարողական ակտեր՝ օգտվելով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրենց աշխատանքի նկատմամբ անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի և պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու հետևանքով ստեղծված պայմաններից։
Բացի այդ, պարզվել է, որ Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավարը պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ է օգտագործել ու, ելնելով հափշտակություններ կատարած ընկերության տնօրինության հետ մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունենալու շահագրգռվածությունից, 2012-ից 2017 թվականների ընթացքում, առանց պայմանագրի, ընկերությանը անհատույց տրամադրել է թաղապետարանի վարչական շենքի երկրորդ հարկում գտնվող մոտ 88 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով տարածքը։ Այս ապօրինության հետևանքով էլ Երևանի համայնքին պատճառվել է 8 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամից ավելի վնաս։
Դեպքերի առթիվ Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, որն ուղարկվել է Քննչական կոմիտե։
