ԵԽԽՎ-ից կայցելե՞ն Հայաստան. «թեման» հանրաքվեն է
POLITICSՀՀ իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած հանրաքվեի առնչությամբ, որի անցկացման որոշումը, մի շարք մասնագետների կարծիքով, տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ Սահմանադրության և օրենքների խախտումներով, ներքաղաքական դաշտում արդեն իսկ հստակեցվում են հիմնական դերակատարների դիրքորոշումները։
Սակայն, հայաստանյան ուժերի և մասնագետների հնչեցրած գնահատականներից բացի, թեմայի հետ կապված իրենց գնահատականներն են ներկայացնում նաև միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպություններ: Մասնավորաբար, անհանգստություն էին հայտնել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) Հայաստանի մոնիթորինգի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Անդրեյ Շիրցելը (Սլովենիա, EPP/ CD) և Կիմո Կիլ յունենը (Ֆինլանդիա, SOC):
Համազեկուցողներն իրենց մտահոգությունն էին հայտնել ՍԴ և վարչապետի գրասենյակի միջև գոյություն ունեցող լարվածության վերաբերյալ։ «Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ կարճ ժամանակաշրջանում ԵԽԽՎ համազեկուցողները ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների մասով նոր եզրակացություն- փաստաթուղթ են հրապարակելու, որտեղ ավելի կոշտ ձևակերպումներ են ներառված։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՍԴ շուրջ առկա խնդիրների հետ կապված՝ մինչև հանրաքվեի անցկացումը եվրոպական պատվիրակություն կժամանի Հայաստան՝ տեղում իրավիճակին արմատապես ու խորքային ծանոթանալու համար։
