Նա գրել է. «- Երբ հասարակությունը արհեստականորեն բաժանվում է սևերի ու սպիտակների (ոչ թե քաղաքական ուժերն, այլ, շեշտում եմ, ժողովուրդը),

 

- երբ գեներալները հայտարարվում են հանցագործներ (ոչ թե կոնկրետ գեներալները, որոնք դատարանի կողմից այդպիսի դատավճռի են արժանացել),

 

- երբ երկրի ղեկավարը հայտարարում է, որ կան գեներալներ, որոնք ցանկանում են պատերազմ հրահրել ու պարտվել, որպեսզի քաղաքական իրավիճակ փոխվի ու այդպիսիք չեն բացահայտվում ու ամեն ինչ մնում է այնպես, ինչպես կար,

 

- երբ պատերազմի գոտում գտնվող 150 հազարանոց բնակչությանը ներքաղաքական պառակտման են ներքաշում, դա անվանելով ժողովրդավարություն,

 

- երբ թույլ են տալիս, որ Հայաստանից Արցախ բախտախնդիրներ ներթափանցեն իրենց աբսուրդ գաղափարներով ու անեն, ինչ ցանկանում են,

 

- երբ երկրի ղեկավարն առանց դատարանի որոշման  մարդկանց հանցագործ է հայտարարում, երբ խոսքը կորցնում է իր արժեքը՝ առանց դրա համար  պատասխանատվության,

 

- երբ Արցախի նախագահի գլուխը հրապարակայնորեն «ջարդում» են ու մնում անպատիժ,

 

- երբ իրապաշտպանները դառնում են իշխանամետ քաղաքական գործիչներ, իսկ քաղաքական գործիչները՝ իրավապաշտպաններ,

 

- երբ հատուկ ծառայությունների բարձր ղեկավարներն ինքնասպանություններ են գործում, իսկ դատարանները շրջափակվում են իշխանության մյուս ճյուղերի կողմից,

 

- երբ քաղաքական պայքարը խորհրդարանից դուրս ընթանում,

 

- երբ օրենքն ընտրողաբար է գործում,

 

- երբ սահմանադրությունն այլևս չի գործում,

 

- երբ, երբ, երբ ....

 

Դուք կարծում եք, որ այդ ամենն անհետևանք է անցնելու, երկրում կարգ ու կանոն է հաստատվելու, օրինականությունը կգործի, իսկ բանակում կլինի կարգապահությո՞ւն»։
