POLITICS«Երկիր մեդիա» հեռուստաընկերության լրատվական և հասարակական-քաղաքական հաղորդումների տնօրեն Գեղամ Մանուկյանը «Մամուլի հետհեղափոխական մարտահրավերները. սպասելիքներ և անելիքներ» թեմայով քննարկմանը անդրադարձավ իշխանություն-լրատվամիջոցներ հարաբերությանը:
«Մեր երկրում փոխվել է լուր արտադրողը: Հեռուստատեսությունն ու լրագրողը լուր արտադրող չեն, այլ սպառողներն են՝ վիրտուալ ուղիղ եթերի իրականության, որը մեզ հրամցնում է երկրի ղեկավարը, տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ: Այս պատմության մեջ մենք դարձել ենք անիմաստ միջնորդ օղակ, քանի որ հասարակությունը այդ ամենը ստանում է հենց առաջին ձեռքից, օրինակ՝ վարչապետի ֆեյբուքյան էջից, պաշտոնյաների, պետական գերատեսչություների ֆեյսբուքյան էջից»,- ասաց նա:
Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին օրենքն է հաճախ ոտնահարվում. «Վարչապետը կամ այլ պաշտոնյա գրառում է կատարում, բոլոր լրատվամիջոցները այդ գրառումը տեղադրում են իրենց էջերում, ինֆորմացիան տարածվում է, բայց մի քանի րոպե հետո վարչապետը կարող է ուղղում կատարել գրառան մեջ, մինչդեռ ինֆորմացիան արդեն տարածվել է, սպառողները՝ սպառել: Եթե դա լիներ գրավոր տեղեկատվություն, այլևս անհնար կլիներ փոխել այն»:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ հեռուստաընկերություները ոչ շահեկան դիրքում են, այլ լրատցվամիջոցների հետ համեմատ. «Ինտերնետային թիվին կարող է գովազդ ունենալ, մենք չենք կարող: Ես ավելի պատասխանատու պետք է լինեմ՝ պահպանելով օբյեկտիվություն և հավասարություն»:
Մանուկյանը ընդգծեց, որ հիմա ինֆորմացիա ստանալը ավելի դժվար է. «Կառավարության պաշտոնական էջում անհնար է գտնել, օրինակ, մի քանի օր առաջ Փաշինյանի Մյունխեն կատարած այցի մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն: Ինձ համար նրա ֆեյսբուքան էջը չափանիշ չէ: Ես չեմ ստանում պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն որպես քաղաքացի, որպես լրատվամիջոցի ներկայացուցիչ: Մենք պարտվում ենք, որպես հասարակություն, որպես մասնագիտություն»:
