Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են Նորք Մարաշում վնասազերծված խմբի անդամներին

Օմբուդսմենի տեղակալը և արագ արձագանքման վարչության պետը նոյեմբերի 28-ին այցելել են Նորք Մարաշում հատուկ գործողությունների արդյունքում կալանավորված Արթուր Վարդանյանին և նույն գործով կալանավորված 5 կանանց՝ Մարինե Կատանյանին, Ասյա Մկրտչյանին, Նելլի Մինասյանին, Լիլիթ Թորոսյանին և Սրբուհի Այվազյանին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացավ Օմբուդսմենի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից, Երևան-Կենտրոն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպել և առանձնազրույց են ունեցել Արթուր Վարդանյանի հետ, ով հայտնել է, որ որևէ բողոք չունի ՁՊՎ-ի կամ ՔԿՀ-ի պահման պայմաններից, իր նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքից, սակայն ինքնազգացողությունը փոքր-ինչ վատ է եղել, ինչի առթիվ Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչները համապատասխան միջոցներ են ձեռնարկել: Վարդանյանը խնդրել է նաև հնարավորության դեպքում այցելել կալանավորված մյուս անձանց նույնպես, հատկապես` աղջիկներին:
Այնուհետև Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչները Ոստիկանության ՁՊՎ-ում հանդիպել են ձերբակալված 5 կանանց: Առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում նրանք նույնպես որևէ դժգոհություն չեն հայտնել իրենց նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքից, նշել են, որ որևէ բռնություն իրենց հանդեպ չի կիրառվել և վարչակազմից բողոքներ չունեն, տեղեկացրել են նաև, որ իրենք ունեն փաստաբաններ: Վերջիններս խնդրել են ասել իրենց հարազատներին, որ իրենց ինքնազգացողության հետ կապված այս պահին խնդիրներ չունեն:
Սակայն բոլոր 5 կանայք նշել են, որ չեն ընդունում իրենց նկատմամբ առաջադրված մեղադրանքը և խնդրել են փոխանցել որոշ լրատվամիջոցների և առանձին անհատների, որ մինչև քննության ավարտը չպիտակավորեն իրենց և հարգեն իրենց անմեղության կանխավարկածը:
Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչները պարզաբանել են կանանց նրանց իրավունքները կալանավայրում:
Օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչներն այս պահին փորձում են հստակ ճշտել մյուս կալանավորվածների պահման վայրերը՝ նրանց ևս այցելելու նպատակով:
