Առողջապահական տեսչական մարմնում կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնում զգալի լարվածություն է առաջացել աշխատակիցների և կառույցի ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավագյանի միջև:
Բանն այն է, որ Ավագյանը մասնագիտությամբ մետալուրգ է և ֆինանսիստ, որևէ առնչություն չունի առողջապահության համակարգի հետ, և ոլորտից նրա անտեղյակությունը անձնակազմի հետ էական հակասությունների պատճառ է դարձել: Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, Ավագյանի տեղակալները, որոնցից մեկն, ի դեպ, ըստ տեսչական մարմնում պտտվող խոսակցությունների, առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հովանավորյալն է, այլևս չեն կարողանում հանդուրժել իրենց ղեկավարի պահվածքը:
Հավանական է համարվում, որ նրանք աշխատանքից ազատման դիմումներ ներկայացնեն վարչապետին՝ նրա ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով տեսչությունում տիրող իրավիճակի վրա: Կառուցի մեր աղբյուրը չբացառեց, որ տեղակալներին կմիանան նաև որոշ վարչությունների պետեր:
«Երկար տարիներ առողջապահության ոլորտում աշխատած, մասնագիտական մեծ ճանապարհ անցած և բավականին փորձառու մասնագետները պարզապես չեն հասկանում, թե ինչպես կարող է նման պատասխանատու ոլորտի ղեկավարումը հանձնվել մի մարդու, որը երբեք առնչություն չի ունեցել առողջապահության հետ, և վտանգել մի ամբողջ կառույցի բնականոն աշխատանքը»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ կառավարությունը լուծում կտա խնդրին, և տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար կնշանակվի ոլորտից հասկացող մարդ:
