Ղազախստանի նախագահի խորհրդականը տպավորված է Հայաստանի հաջողություններով

Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի արտահաստիքային խորհրդական, տնտեսագետ Օլժաս Խուդաիբերգենովը համեմատել է վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում Ղազախստանի և Հայաստանի կառավարությունների կատարած աշխատանքները՝ մատնանշելով ՀՀ կառավարության ձեռքբերումները։

Խուդաիբերգենովն այս մասին գրել է ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում։

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման 1.5 տարվա ընթացքում ձևավորվել է նոր խորհրդարան, որտեղ պատգամավորների միջին տարիքը 40-ն է: Այս ընթացքում ստեղծվել է հակակոռուպցիոն հանձնաժողով, որի ղեկավարը ընդդիմության ղեկավարն է: Կոռուպցիայի և հարկերից խուսափելու դեմ պայքարի արդյունքում, 2019 թվականին, պետական բյուջե է վերադարձվել 115 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Վերադարձված գումարը 7 անգամ ավելի շատ է, քան նախորդ 11 տարվա ընթացքում եղածը: Այս պահին քննվել է 346 գործ, ևս 20 361-ը քննվում են: 1.5 տարում նոր օրենք է ընդունվել, համաձայն որի առգրավվում է պաշտոնյայի ունեցվածքը, եթե նա չի կարողացել ապացուցել դրանց ծագման օրինական լինելը»,- գրել է ղազախ տնտեսագետը:

Նա ներկայացրել է նաև 2019 թվականի ՀՀ տնտեսական ցուցանիշները, նշելով, որ  ՀՆԱ-ն աճել է 8.2 տոկոսով և հավելել, որ իրենց երկրում նշում են, թե 8 տոկոսից ավելի հնարավոր չէ տնտեսական աճ գրանցել:

«Արտահանումն աճել է 9 տոկոսով, արդյունաբերությունը՝ 9, աշխատավարձերը բարձրացել են 5.8, պետբյուջե հարկերի մուտքը՝ 43.6, նվազագույն աշխատավարձը՝ 20 տոկոսով: Կառուցվել է 350 կմ նոր ճանապարհ, իսկ զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն աճել է 15 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 1.9 մլն մարդու»,- նշել է Խուդաիբերգենովը:

Նա նկատել է, որ Հայաստանի ոսկու և արտարժույթի պահուստները գրանցել են պատմական ռեկորդ՝ աճել են 26 տոկոսով ՝ հասնելով 2,8 միլիարդ դոլարի:  

«Հաջորդ 3 տարում լինելու է 22 դպրոցի և 8 քոլեջի ամբողջական վերանորոգում: Ղազախստանի մասշտաբներով՝ 130 դպրոց և 50 քոլեջ: Հայաստանում գործարկվել են «Ryanair» և «Wizzair» լոուքոստերները, այժմ Եվրոպայից Հայաստան ժամանելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը 40 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ նախկին 200-ի փոխարեն: Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը մի համակարգ է ներդրել, համաձայն որի յուրաքանչյուր վարորդի տրվում է տարեկան 9 բալ և ամեն խախտման համար դրանք հանվում են: Զրոյական դառնալու դեպքում վարորդը զրկվում է իր վկայականից»,- գրել է Խուդաիբերգենովը:

Այս ամենը ներկայացնելուց հետո, տնտեսագետն անդրադարձել է ղազախական իշխանությունների աշխատանքին: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ իրենց երկրում այդ 1.5 տարվա ընթացքում ստեղծվել է ավելի քան 100 աշխատանքային խումբ:

«Ինչո՞ւ ինչ-որ քայլեր ձեռնարկել, աշխատանք կատարել, եթե կարելի է ուղղակի քննարկել, աշխատանքային խմբեր ստեղծել և պատրանք ստեղծել, թե կատարում ես նախագահի կամ վարչապետի հանձնարարականները: Հույս ունեմ, որ այս տարի ուղղակի աշխատանքային խմբեր ստեղծողների մեծ մասը ազատված կլինի աշխատանքից»,- եզրափակել է ղազախ տնտեսագետը:
