Կառավարությունը սաբոտաժի՞ է ենթարկում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջադրանքները
POLITICSՀերթական ներդրողը Հայաստանում հանդիպել է պետական համակարգում առկա բյուրոկրատիային և հիասթափվել: Տեղեկություններ ունենք այն մասին, որ անմիջապես հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանում ներդրումներ կատարելու ցանկություն է հայտնել First Industrial Zone միջազգային ընկերությունը:
2 փուլից բաղկացած ծրագրով այս ընկերությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել առաջին փուլով Հայաստանում կատարել 30 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում, ստեղծել 200 աշխատատեղ և զբաղվել զրահապատ մեքենաների արտադրությամբ, մեքենաների զրահապատմամբ՝ 5 տարվա հարկերից ազատման թույլտվության պարագայում:
Մեքենաների 10 տոկոսը, ըստ առաջարկի, պետք է բարեգործական հիմունքներով տրամադրվեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, մասնավորապես, ԱԻՆ-ին և ՊՆ-ին: Սեփականատերերը հանդիպել են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, այդ հանդիպումից հետո Փաշինյանը հստակ հրահանգել է կազմել հանձնաժողով և աջակցել ծրագրին:
Սակայն 2 տարի է արդեն, ինչ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության, ինչպես նաև այլ հարակից կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներից կազմված հանձնաժողովը չի կարողանում եզրակացություն տալ, այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ, պատկերավոր ասած, կառավարությունը սաբոտաժի է ենթարկում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջադրանքները:
