2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին զորամասի մարտական դիրքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Արթուր Աջամյանի մահվան վերաբերյալ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքներն են եկել, որով, ըստ Աջամյանի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Հայարփի Սարգսյանի, հերքվում է զինծառայողի ինքնասպանության վարկածը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց Հայարփի Սարգսյանը։

 

«Դատաբժշկական եզրակացությամբ հայտնաբերվել են վնասվածքներ մարմնի վրա։ Եթե նախկինում կար վարկած, թե դրանք կարող են դիակային բծեր լինել, հիմա արդեն հաստատվեց բռնությունը։ Ըստ դատաբժշկի՝ ճակատի վրա արյունազեղում է կոշտ, բութ առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցվել մահից րոպեներ առաջ։ Այսինքն՝ Արթուր Աջամյանին հրազենային վնասվածք հասցնելուց առաջ կիրառվել է բռնություն։ Տարբեր մատներին քերծվածքներ են եղել մահվանից մեկ-երկու օր առաջվա վաղեմության, ուսին՝ հին վնասվածք, ոտքին՝ սալջարդ, որը ստացել է մահվանից հինգ օր առաջ, այսինքն՝ մեկ շաբաթվա վաղեմության վնասվածքների հետ գործ ունենք»։

 

Ըստ փաստաբանի՝ ինքնասպանության վարկածն այդպիսով հերքվում է։

 

«Փորձաքննությամբ հստակեցվել է նաեւ, որ Աջամյանը կրակոցը ստացել է 0,3-0,5 սմ հեռավորությունից, այսինքն՝ հենման կետ չի եղել, կտրականապես հերքվում է ինքնասպանությունը»:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 06:50-ի սահմանում, ՊԲ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Արթուր Իշխանի Աջամյանի մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալու, իսկ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Դավիթ Հարությունի Մելիքբեկյանի հրազենային վիրավորումներ ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձ) հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
