Քաղաքապետի հետ զրույցում հանգեցինք եզրահանգման, որ ճիշտը դիմում գրելն է. Աջափնյակի նախկին թաղապետ
POLITICSՈստիկանությունում նախապատրաստվող նյութերը բացարձակապես առնչություն չունեն իմ պաշտոնաթողության հետ, NEWSam-ին հայտնել է Աջափնյակի նախկին թաղապետ Գեւորգ Բաբայանը եւ պարզաբանել . «Վարչական շրջանի նախկին աշխատակիցներից մեկը քաղաքապետարանի վերահսկողական վարչություն բողոք է ներկայացրել, քաղաքապետը լսել է իմ բացատրությունը, որի արդյունքում որոշվել է, որ հարցը քննվի ոստիկանությունում»։
Բաբայանը նշել է, որ քրեական գործ դեռ հարուցված չէ. «Ես շատ ուրախ կլինեմ, որ հարուցվի քրեական գործ, որպեսզի ավելի հանգամանալից քննվի եւ պարզվի ամբողջ եղելությունը։ Եղել է ինչ-որ շինության ճարտարապետա-հատակագծային աշխատանք, թույլտվություն, երեւի ամառվա սկզբին, ինչից հետո սեպտեմբերի 24-ին շինթույլտվության նախագիծը ներկայացրել են մեզ, 27-ին ստորագրել եմ այն, բայց այդ ընթացքում, ըստ տեսուչի, մինչեւ իմ ստորագրելն արդեն իսկ այնտեղ սկսված են եղել շինաշխատանքներ։ Տեսուչը դա արձանագրել է սեպտեմբերի 26-ին, դրա մասին տեղյակ չի պահել մեզ, երեւի թե 2 աշխատանքային օր հետո աշխատանքից ազատվել է հաստիքի կրճատման հիմքով։ Ես մամուլի հրապարակումներից եմ տեղեկացել, որ այդ կառուցվող առանձնատունը կապ ունի «Կարգին շինանյութի» տիրոջ հետ»։
Աշխատանքից ազատման դիմումը Գեւորգ Բաբայանը ներկայացրել է երեկ, փետրվարի 18-ի ամսաթվով եւ այսօրվանից արդեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը չէ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ պատճառները բազմաթիվ են, բայց հիմնականը մի քիչ հանգստանալն է՝ այլ աշխատանքի անցնելուց առաջ։
«Քաղաքապետի հետ բանակցության արդյունքում, հանգեցինք այն եզրահանգման, որ ճիշտը դիմում գրելն է», ասել է նա, բացառելով հրաժարականի՝ ճնշման արդյունք լինելը. «Ճնշումների պահը բացառենք, քանի որ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը կարող է քաղաքապետի մեկ որոշումով ազատվել աշխատանքից։ Հետեւաբար՝ ճնշում գործադրելու իմաստ չկար, ճնշում չի եղել։ Քաղաքապետի հետ զրուցել ենք եւ երկուստեք հանգել այդ եզրահանման»։
Հետագա աշխատանքային գործունեության մասին Բաբայանը հիշեցրել է, որ 2016 թվականից «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ է եւ շարունակելու է լինել ՔՊ անդամ։ «1 տարի 4 ամիսը շուտով կլրանար, որ աշխատում էի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, բայց ոչ մի օր չեմ եղել արձակուրդում, կարելի է ասել, շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին էլ չեմ եղել հանգստյան ռեժիմում, մեկ ամիս կհանգստանամ, հետո կմտածեմ աշխատանքի մասին»։
Քաղաքապետի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում այլ աշխատանքի առաջարկ չի եղել. «Առաջին օրն է, որ այսպես ասած գործազուրկ եմ, դեռ ինչ-որ մեկի հետ չեմ խոսել , նախապես որեւէ պայմանավորվածություն չկա։ Դեռ պարզ չէ, թե ինչ աշխատանքի կանցնեմ»։
Վերջում Գեւորգ Բաբայանը հավելել է, որ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի հետ շարունակում է պահպանել ջերմ հարաբերություններ, եւ որպես քաղաքացի ու ընտրող կաջակցի նրան հետագայում եւս։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Երեւանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավար Գեւորգ Բաբայանի գործունեության առնչությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության բաժնից. «Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից գրություն է ստացվել, ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեւորգ Բաբայանը երեկ աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմում էր ներկայացրել: Նշենք, որ մամուլում վերջորս հրապարակում էր եղել, որ Գեւորգ Բաբայանը Աջափնյակ համայնքի ճանաչված բնակիչներից մեկին՝ «Կարգին շինանյութի» կամ «Ջերմուկի Նորո» անուններով հայտնի գործարարի հարազատներին 17-րդ թաղամասում երեք առանձնատուն կառուցելու հնարավորություն է տվել՝ առանց թույլտվության:
