Ռուսական «Аргументы и факты» թերթը անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի միջեւ հրապարակային բանավեճին, որը տեղի ունեցավ անցյալ հանգստյան օրերին Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակներում։

 

Թերթը, մասնավորապես, գրում է․ «Երկու երկրների միջեւ հարաբերությունները, ինչպես հայտնի է, ծայրահեղ լարված են, եթե չասենք թշնամական են։ Պատճառը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համար վեճն է։ Դե-յուրե այդ շրջանը Ադրբեջանի կազմում է, սակայն 90-ականներին պատերազմի հետեւանքով անցել է Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ։

 

Մյունխենում ե՛ւ Ի․ Ալիեւը, ե՛ւ Ն․ Փաշինյանը ձգտում էին համոզոլ միմյանց եւ լրագրողներին, որ միայն իր երկիրն ունի օրինական իրավունքներ Ղարաբաղի հանդեպ։ Երկուսն էլ դիմում էին պատմությանը։ Եւ անսպասելի վեճի ընթացքում հնչեց հղում մեր շաբաթաթերթին․ «1990-ականների կեսերին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Այազ Մութալիբովը հարցազրույց է տվել ռուսական «Аргументы и факты» թերթին, որում ասել է, որ Խոջալուի (քաղաք ԼՂԻՄ-ում, որտեղ 1992թ․ փետրվարին սպանվել են մի քանի հարյուր ադրբեջանցիներ-խմբ․) սադրանքը կազմակերպել էր ադրբեջանական ընդդիմությունը, որպեսզի զրկի նրան իշխանությունից»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Մի քանի րոպե անց նա կրկին հիշեցրեց իր ընդդիմախոսին այդ պատմության մասին․ «Անձամբ ես եմ կարդացել «Аргументы и факты» թերթում Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահի հարցազրույցը։ Կարծում եմ՝ այն հեշտ կլինի գտնել ինտերնետում»։

 

Երբ Իլհամ Ալիեւը խոսք ստացավ, նա չանցավ Հայաստանի վարչապետի այդ փաստարկի կողքով։ «Չգիտեմ ինչ է գրված եղել «Аргументы и факты»-ում, -սկսեց նա,- «АиФ»-ը անկախ թերթ է, որտեղ աշխատում են շատ հայեր։ Եւ մենք Ադրբեջանում գիտենք, թե ինչ թվով հայեր են ղեկավարում ռուսական գլխավոր թերթերը։ Նրանք գրում են՝ ինչ ուզում են»։

 

Չխորանալով երկու հարգարժան քաղաքական գործիչների վեճի մանրամասների մեջ՝ նկատենք միայն, որ ««АиФ»-ում (եւ մանավանդ թերթի ղեկավարության մեջ) շատ հայերի մասին» Ալիեւի խոսքերը, մեղմ ասած, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Եւ դա վերաբերում էինչպես այսօրվա խմբագրությանը, այնպես էլ 90-ականներին աշխատող լրագրողներին։ Ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ սխալվեց նաեւ Հայաստանի վարչապետը՝ Մութալիբովի հիշատակված հարցազրույցը հրապարակվել է ոչ թե «АиФ»-ում, այլ «Независимая газета»-ում՝ 1992թ․։ Իսկ 1995թ․ «АиФ»-ին տված իր հարցազրույցում ադրբեջանցի քաղաքական գործիչը Խոջալուի ջարդի մասին ոչ մի նման բան չի ասել։

 

Սակայն միջազգային ասպարեզում մեր թերթի գովազդի համար շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում պարոնայք Ալեւին եւ Փաշինյանին»։
