Նոր օրհներգի տեքստի համար ստացվել է 200 հայտ. գործընթացն առկախվել է
POLITICSՈւղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարեց, որ Արամ Խաչատրյանի երաժշտության վրա ՀՀ նոր օրհներգի տեքստի համար մրցույթ է հայտարարվում։ Ստեղծվել էր աշխատանքային խումբ՝ ստացվող հայտերն ուսումնասիրելու համար։ «Փաստը» որոշեց տեղեկանալ, թե ինչ է արվել անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում։ Հայտերի ուսումնասիրման աշխատանքային խմբի համակարգող Լևոն Սահակյանը նշում է՝ մոտ 200 հայտ են ստացել։
«Աշխատանքային խումբը մի քանի նիստ է հրավիրել, ուսումնասիրել ստացված հայտերը, բայց կար մի խնդիր։ Ի սկզբանե դրված էր շատ բարձր չափանիշ։ Պետք է այնպիսի տեքստ լիներ, որը կհամապատասխաներ Արամ Խաչատրյանի երաժշտությանը։ Հենց այդ չափանիշից ելնելով՝ դժվարանում էր ընտրանքը։
Կային հայտեր, երբ տեքստը լավն էր, բայց երբ այն զուգակցվում էր Խաչատրյանի երաժշտության հետ, համադրությունը չէր ստացվում։
Կար նաև հակառակ պատկերը, երբ խոսքերը համադրելի էին, բայց կային խնդիրներ տեքստի կազմության և իմաստային առումով։ Սա հաշվի առնելով՝ աշխատանքային խումբը եկավ այն եզրակացության, որ դեռևս գտնված չէ այն լավագույն տարբերակը, որը կհամապատասխաներ Արամ Խաչատրյանի երաժշտությանը և սահմանված բարձր նշաձողին։
Մենք, կարծես թե, դժվար երկընտրանքի առջև կանգնեցինք՝ կա՛մ պետք է երաժշտությունը հրաշալիորեն համապատասխանի տեքստին, կա՛մ էլ պետք է լինի բովանդակային համապատասխանություն։ Ցավոք, չգտանք այն հայտը, որը մեզ չէր կանգնեցնի այդ երկընտրանքի առջև»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Սահակյանը։ Հետաքրքրվում ենք՝ հայտերի ընդունման գործընթացը շարունակվո՞ւմ է։
«Նոր հայտեր չենք ստացել։ Այս պահին առկախել ենք գործընթացը։ Հնարավոր է՝ քննարկումների արդյունքում գանք այն եզրակացության, որ ձևաչափը փոխելու անհրաժեշտություն կա։ Աշխատանքային վերջին քննարկման ժամանակ տարբեր կարծիքներ են հնչել, սակայն դեռևս այս առումով հստակություն չկա։
Գուցե այս գործընթացները պետք է անցնեն ժամանակի փորձությունները, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե որն է այն լավագույն ձևաչափը, ընթացակարգը հայտերի ներկայացման առումով։ Այս պահին աշխատանքային խումբը նոր հայտերի ընդունման կամ դրանց դիտարկման ընթացակարգի վերաբերյալ օրակարգ չունի։
Կարելի է ասել, որ օրակարգը փակվել է նրանով, որ աշխատանքային խումբը չգտավ, չբացահայտեց այն ընդունելի և լավագույն հայտը, որը փնտրվում էր»,-եզրափակում է մեր զրուցակիցը։
