Վերմիշյանի՝ «աշխարհի ամենագեղեցիկ փողոցի» շենքերը քանդվում են
INTERNATIONAL NEWSoreltimes.ru-ն «Ինչպե՞ս են ապրում օրյոլցիները «աշխարհի ամենագեղեցիկ փողոցում»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք, ով ապրում է Օրյոլում, նույնիսկ կարիք չունի ճշտելու, թե որտեղ է գտնվում նախկին ճարտարապետ Վահագն Վերմիշյանի՝ «աշխարհի ամենագեղեցիկ փողոցը»։
Ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է, այն գտնվում է հենց քաղաքի սրտում` Լենինսկու վրա: Փողոցի լայնածավալ վերակառուցումն իրականացվել է 2016 թվականին՝ Օրյոլի 450-ամյակին:
«Սարկոֆագների» գաղափարխոսության վարպետ Վերմիշյանը այն կառուցելուց հետո գնացել է Հայաստան, որտեղ էլ նրան բռնել է երևանյան արդարադատությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ, չնայած ճարտարապետը հեռացել է, բայց խնդիրները մնացել են: Լրագրողները այցելել են փողոցի «էլիտար» անշարժ գույքի բնակիչներին:
Բանն այն է, որ անգամ անզեն աչքով տեսանելի է, որ, օրինակ՝ նորակառույց թիվ 24 տունը այսօր փլուզվում է աչքի առաջ: Սպասարկող ընկերությունը ստիպված է ամրացնել բնակարանները փայտե հենարաններով: Սակայն անգամ հիմնանորոգումը չի օգնում՝ շենքերը քանդվում են։
Ըստ շենքերի սպասարկող «Պատվիրատու» ընկերության, կառուցումից հետո երաշխիքը հինգ տարի է, և եթե իրենք այնտեղ խցկվեն, իրենց կստիպեն իրականացնել կրկնակի հիմնանորոգում։ Նշենք, որ երաշխիքային նորոգում պետք է իրականացնի կառուցողը՝ այս դեպքում «Ռեստավրատոր» ընկերությունը։
Այդ պետերբուրգյան ընկերությունը 2015 թվականին բազմամիլիոնանոց պատվերներ է ունեցել։ Աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ստախանովյան տեմպերով, և որակի մասին ոչ ոք չի մտածել։
Լենինսկի փողոցի կառույցները շահագործման են հանձնվել պատասխանատու չինովնիկների համաձայնությամբ, իսկ ներկայումս կառուցողը անհետացել է, և հիմնանորոգումներ իրականացնելու բոլոր ջանքերը իզուր են։
