ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շրջադարձային նշանակության է համարում Մյունխենում անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի վերաբերյալ քննարկումը: Այս մասին Փաշինյանն ասաց Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում:

 

 

 

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ հանդիպումն ունի շրջադարձային նշանակություն: 2018թ. մայիսից ի վեր Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ողջ միջազգային հանրությանը համոզել, որ Հայաստանը ապակառուցողական դիրքորոշում ունի Ղարաբաղի հարցում: Այդ խոսակցությունը միջազգային հանրությանը շատ հստակ ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանն ունի կառուցողական դիրքորոշում Ղարաբաղի հարցում, իսկ Ադրբեջանն ունի ապակառուցողական, ընդհուպ՝ ռասիզմի հասնող դիրքորոշում Ղարաբաղի հարցում: Սա ամենակարևոր արդյունքն է»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

 

Վարչապետը նշեց, որ երկրորդ ամենակարևոր արդյունքն այն է, որ ինքը իրականացրել է հայ ժողովրդին տված կարևորագույն խոստումներից մեկը:

 

 

 

«Ես ասել եմ, որ ՀՀ ժողովրդից Ղարաբաղի հարցի բանակցային գործընթացում որևէ գաղտնիք չեմ ունենալու: Անցել են այն ժամանակները, երբ Ղարաբաղի հարցի էությանը պետք է տիրապետի փորձագետների նեղ շրջանակ: Ղարաբաղի հարցի էությանը պետք է տեղյակ լինի ողջ հայ ժողովուրդը»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

 

 

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ հանդիպման արդյունքում շատ կարևոր բան է տեղի ունեցել:

 

 

 

«Ձևավորվում է Ղարաբաղյան հարցի բանակցային նոր բովանդակություն, որը ես պայմանականորեն անվանում եմ Մյունխենյան սկզբունքներ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
 
Փետրվարի 15-ին Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցավ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի վերաբերյալ քննարկում, որին մասնակցեցին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։
