Քրեական մշակույթը պետք է արմատախիլ արվի. Փաշինյանը՝ բանակում արձանագրված ինքնասպանությունների մասին
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում պատասխանել է 2020-ին բանակում արդեն իսկ արձանագրված 13 մահերի վերաբերյալ հարցին.
«Արձանագրենք, որ 2019-ին արձանագրվել է բանակում զոհերի պատմական մինիմում: 2020 թվականին ասում ենք՝ 13 զոհ, բայց 5-ը մահացել են հիվանդության պատճառով, 4-ը՝ դժբախտ պատահարի հետևանքով և՝ ինքնասպանության դեպքերը: Խնդի՞ր է սա արդյոք:
Հիվանդությունների հետ կապված՝ խնդիր է: Ավելի բարձր մակարդակում պետք է լինի մեր առողջապահությունը, նույնը՝ դժբախտ պատահարների կանխարգելման պարագան: Ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների պարագան այլ է: Շուտով կստեղծվի աշխատանքային միջգերատեսչական խումբ, որը բանակի բարեփոխումների օրակարգը կդարձնի օրակարգային թեմա: Մենք առաջ պետք է շարժվենք՝ բանակում զոհերի թիվը մինիմումին հասցնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ես այս թեմայի շուրջ շատ եմ մտածել, երկու կարծիք չկա, քրեական մշակույթը պետք է արմատախիլ արվի: Հարց կտաք՝ ինչու անցյալ տարի նույն պատկերը չէր: Ես ունեմ պատասխան՝ անցյալ տարի ժամկետային զինծառայողների դրամական հասանելիքն ավելացրինք: Եվ եթե ֆինանսական միջոցները շատանում են, շատանում են նաև կոպիտ ասած՝ «բազառները», ֆինանսական միջոցների վրա հսկողություն սահմանողները շատանում են: Սա իմ վարկածն է, որին ես եզրահանգել եմ իմ մտորումների արդյունքում: Բայց սա դեռ պետք է քննարկվի, ուսումնասիրվի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
