Մեկնարկում է Ամերիաբանկի հաջողված ու սպասված ծրագրերից մեկը` «Ամերիա Սերունդ 12»-ը, այս անգամ նոր ձևաչափով, նոր մոտեցումներով ու նորարար գաղափարներով: Ծրագիրը բացառիկ հնարավորություն է` նպատակասլաց, ստեղծագործ ու եռանդուն երիտասարդների համար, ովքեր ցանկանում են իրենց աշխատանքային կենսագրությունը սկսել կամ ձեռք բերած փորձը ամրապնդել Ամերիաբանկում:

Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակը 21-27 տարեկան երիտասարդ, նորավարտ մասնագետների համար գործարար միջավայրում ուսանելու, տեսական գիտելիքները գործնականում կիրառելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելն է: Ծրագրի մասնակիցները իրենք են ընտրում, թե որ ուղղությամբ են ցանկանում մասնագիտանալ ` բիզնես,
վերլուծական, թե` ստեղծարար: Ընտրական փուլերը հաղթահարած երիտասարդները երեք ամիս շարունակստանալու են գործնական գիտելիքներ` ծանոթանալով  ժամանակակից բիզնեսի առաջատար փորձին` արդիական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ: Դիմորդներից պահանջվում է բարձրագույն մասնագիտական կրթություն, հաղորդակցման հմտություններ, ստեղծագործական ճկուն միտք, նոր գիտելիքներ ձեռք բերելու և անընդհատ զարգանալու պատրաստակամություն և պատասխանատվության զգացում:

Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ ծրագրի ողջ ընթացքում մասնակիցները վարձատրվելու են:

«Ամերիա Սերունդը» հարթակ է հանդիսանում գործատուի և Հայաստանի ու օտարերկրյա լավագույն թիրախային ԲՈՒՀ-երի երիտասարդ մասնագետների միջև` վերջինների համար ստեղծելով պրակտիկայի, մասնագիտական աճի ու առաջխաղացման հնարավորություն:

Ամերիաբանկը, կարևորելով կորպորատիվ մշակույթի ձևավորումը, մոտիվացնում է երիտասարդ մասնագետներին` ստեղծելու նորն ու արժեքավորը, ինչպես նաև տալիս է զարգանալու, ինքնադրսևորվելու և կայանալու հնարավորություն:

Ծրագրի ավարտին, բանկում ձեռք բերված գիտելիքներն ու փորձը լավագույնս կիրառած երիտասարդներին հնարավորություն է տրվում շարունակելու իրենց կարիերան Ամերիաբանկում` աշխատանքի անցնելով գլխամասային գրասենյակի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում և մասնաճյուղային մեծ ցանցում:

Նշենք նաև, որ 2012թ.-ից մինչ այսօր իրականացվել է թվով 11 «Ամերիա Սերունդ» ծրագիր, որոնց արդյունքում Ամերիա թիմին է միացել ավելի քան 260 աշխատակից:
