Սեքսից հետո հաճելի պահերը հիշելու և առողջությունը չվնասելու համար հետևեք այս 5 խորհուրդներին:

 

1․ Գնալ զուգարան Սեքսից հետո միզելը ինֆեկցիաներից չի պաշտպանի, բայց կօգնի ազատվել բակտերիաներից, որոնք սպասում են իրենց ժամին, որպեսզի ներթափանցեն միզուղիներ և բազմապատկվեն։ Տղամարդկանց միզանցքը երկար է, բակտերաները նրանց համար այդքան վտանգավոր չեն, բայց այս խորհուրդը վերաբերվում է նաև նրանց։ Սեքսից հետո միզելը կօգնի ազատվել միզանքում մնացած սերմնահեղուկից։  

 

2․ Լողանալ Սեքսից հետո անհրաժեշտ է 15 րոպե լողանալ, որպեսզի գենիտալիաները մաքրվեն քսայուղից, բակտերիաները չհայտնվեն միզուղիներում, որոնք կարող են ինֆեկցիաների պատճառ դառնալ։ Եթե ցնցուղ չկա, օգտագործեք թաց անձեռոցիկներ կամ կտորները։ Անհրաժեշտ է մաքրել ձեռքերը և մարմնի ինտիմ մասերը։ Ցուցակում նաև սեքս-խաղալիքներն են։ Հասկանալի է, որ սեքսից հետո ցանկություն չկա մտածել դրա մասին, բայց սրանք մաքրելը նույնպես պարտադիր է։

 

3․Մեկ բաժակ ջուր խմել Սեքսից հետո, ինչպես լավ մարմնամարզությունից հետո, օրգանիզմը ջրազրկված է լինում։ Մի ալարեք և մեկ բաժակ ջուր խմեք։
