SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական եւ այլ դատավարական, միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Էջմիածնում տեղի ունեցած սպանության եւ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքերի հանգամանքերը:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 11:20-ի սահմաններում Էջմիածնի բնակիչը համաքաղաքացուն ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու՝ սպանելու նպատակով իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազեն հանդիսացող «ԱԿ-47» տեսակի 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ եւ սպանել նրան։
Այնուհետեւ, նույն ինքնաձիգով սպանվածի կնոջը ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու՝ սպանելու նպատակով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել վերջինիս ու նրա 6-ամյա եւ 12-ամյա անչափահաս երեխաների ուղղությամբ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ սպանվածի կինը երեխաների հետ մտնելով տուն, փակել է մուտքի երկաթյա դուռը եւ թաքնվել։
Առերեւույթ հանցագործության առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի (Սպանություն) 1-ին մասով, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի (Սպանության հանցափորձ) 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի (Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով:
Նշված հանցագործությունները կատարելու կասկածանքով՝ Էջմիածնի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է:
Կատարվում են մեծածավալ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ նշված դեպքերի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
