ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երաշխավորեց, որ, անկախ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից, հաղթելու է ՀՀ հպարտ ու արժանապատիվ քաղաքացին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին Փաշինյանն ասաց փետրվարի 25-ին հանրաքվեի «Այո» քարոզչական կողմի կազմակերպած դրամահավաքի ընթացքում:

 

«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքներով «Այո»-ն կհաղթի, հանուն սրա գործադրելու ենք մեր լավագույն ջանքերը, անելու ենք մեզնից կախված ամեն ինչ: Կարող եմ երաշխավորել, թե ով է լինելու հանրաքվեի արդյունքում հաղթողի դերում: Այդ հանրաքվեում, անկախ արդյունքներից, հաղթելու է ՀՀ հպարտ և արժանապատիվ քաղաքացին: Այս քաղաքական թիմը կկտրի սեփական ձեռքերը, բայց մի քվեաթերթիկի կեղծիք թույլ չի տա: Ես անձամբ կկտրեմ սեփական ձեռքերս, բայց մեկ քվեաթերթիկի կեղծիք թույլ չեմ տա»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

 

Վարչապետը հայտնեց, որ ինտենսիվ մասնակցելու է հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին:

 

«Առաջիկայում շատ ինտենսիվ քարոզարշավ ենք սկսելու: Ինքս անձամբ մասնակցելու եմ քարոզարշավին: Քարոզչական հանդիպումներ եմ ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքներում: Սա լինելու է շատ կարևոր խոսակցություն, որը լինելու է ոչ միայն մեր կողմից առաջարկվող Սահմանադրության փոփոխության տեքստի, այլև ենթատեքստի մասին»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում խոսվելու է նաև Արցախը հանձնողների ու չհանձնողների, հայրենիքը սիրելու ու չսիրելու, թալանածների ու չթալանածների մասին:

 

Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեով առաջարկվում է դադարեցնել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի և դատարանի 6 անդամների պաշտոնավարումը: Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն տեղի կունենա ապրիլի 5-ին: Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի նախընտրական քարոզարշավը մեկնարկել է փետրվարի 17-ին:
