SOCIETYԱյսօր Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի տարբեր նստավայրերում ընթանում էին Հայաստանի 2-րդ և 3-րդ նախագահների գործով դատական նիստերը։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է փաստաբան Նորայր Նորիկյանը:

«Այս մարդիկ անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության ընթացքում զբաղեցրել են պատասխանատու պաշտոններ, ղեկավարել են մեր երկիրը 1998 թվականից մինչև 2018 թվականը։
Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն ականատես է եղել, թե ինչ են արել նրանք և ինչ չեն արել։
Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու հիմքով ու սահմանադրության ուժով նրանք հանդիսացել են մեր պետության անկախության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և անվտանգության երաշխավորը, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը։
Այս մարդիկ ունեցել են հնարավորություն ավելի լավ երկիր կառուցելու, ավելի լավ հասարակություն ստեղծելու։
Բայց ոչ միայն չկառուցեցին, այլև զրկեցին մեր երկիրը բարեկեցիկ ու արժանապատիվ պետությունների շարքին դասվելու հնարավորությունից։
Փոխարենն իրենց ընտանիքների, մերձավոր բարեկամների և ընկերների համար ստեղծեցին իդեալական պայմաններ՝ մեր ժողովրդին թողնելով քրեաօլիգարխիկ պետության փլատակների տակ՝ որակապես նոր պետություն ստեղծելու բարդ ու պատասխանատու առաքելությամբ։
․․․Իսկ հիմա ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք։
Այսօր նրանք ամբաստանյալ են և անկախ նրանից, թե վերջնաարդյունքում ինչ բովանդակության դատավճիռներ կհրապարակվեն, իմ խորին համոզմամբ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ու Սերժ Սարգսյանն իրենց գործունեությամբ են գրել սեփական դատավճիռը։
Բայց սա նաև փորձություն է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի համար, մեր պետության համար, մեր դատաիրավական համակարգի համար ու մեր ժողովրդի համար։
Մեր ժողովուրդը պարտավոր է դասեր քաղել այս մարդկանց կենսագրությունից և այսօրվա նրանց կարգավիճակից, որ այլևս երբեք չսխալվի իշխանություն ձևավորելու իր բացառիկ իրավունքներն իրացնելիս․․․
Այո՛, սա մեր պատմությունն է, մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի պատմությունը, և մենք պարտավոր ենք պատվով դուրս գալ այս իրավիճակից, ավելի՛ն, Հայաստանը պարտավոր է այս իրավիճակից դուրս գալ ավելի՛ հաղթանակած, ավելի՛ լավ Հայաստան, ավելի՛ ուժեղ Հայաստան և արդա՛ր Հայաստան կառուցելու վճռականությամբ ու հաստատակամությամբ․․․»:
