Թուրքիան, Ղազախստանը, Ադրբեջանը եւ Վրաստանը Չինաստանի հետ համատեղ Ռուսաստանը շրջանցելով չինական ապրանքները Եվրոպա փոխադրելու կոնսորցիում են հիմնադրել: Համապատասխան համաձայնագիրը խոշոր տրանսպորտային լոգիստիկ օպերատորների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ստորագրվել է Ստամբուլում նոյեմբերի 28-ին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը` հղում կատարելով «Վրաստանի երկաթուղային ճանապարհներ» ընկերության մամուլի ծառայության հայտարարությանը:

Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել Չինաստան-Թուրքիա-Եվրոպա անդրկասպյան տրանսպորտային երթուղու հնարավորությունների շնորհանդեսի ընթացքում: Չինական Mishgeng Logistics ընկերությանը զուգահեռ կոնսորցիումի հիմնադիրներ դառնալու պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել «Ղազախստանի երկաթուղային ճանապարհների» «ԿՏԺ էքսպրես» տրանսպորտային ընկերությունը, «Ադրբեջանական կասպյան ծովային նավագնացությունը», ադրբեջանական «Քարավան լոգիստիկս» ընկերությունը եւ «Վրացական երկաթուղային ճանապարհների» Trans Caucasus Te rminals դուստր կառույցը: Թուրքիան կոնսորցիումում ներկայացված է որպես ասոցացված անդամ:

Այդ նախագծի շրջանակում 2016 թվականին ծրագրված է Վրաստանի տարածքով Թուրքիայի եւ Եվրոպայի ուղղությամբ առաջին անգամ Չինաստանից փոխադրել մի քանի հազար կոնտեյներներ: Կողմերը նաեւ ծրագրում են եկող տարի բեռների փոխադրում սկսել Ուկրաինայի վրայով դեպի Հյուսիսային եւ Արեւելյան Եվրոպա:
