«Դուխովների» դուխը չի՞ հերիքում». Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական լսումների մասին

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

 

 

 

«Այսօր ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցան խորհրդարանական լսումներ՝ նվիրված Հայաստան-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի իրականացման աշխատանքներին:

 

Իհարկե, խորհրդարանական վերահսկողությունը կարևոր գործիք է համաձայնագրի արդյունավետ իմպլեմենտացիայի համար, նաև հնարավորություն՝ ապահովելու քաղաքացիական հասարակության պատշաճ ներգրավածությունն այս գործընթացին:

 

Սակայն այսօրվա լսումները դարձան ընդամենը հերթական դեկորատիվ միջոցառում, զրկված կոնկրետությունից և ապագայի տեսլականից: Լսումների արարողակարգային մասից հետո դահլիճը կտրուկ դատարկվեց: Եվ եթե ԵՄ երկրների դեսպանների հեռանալը հասկանալի էր, ապա ԱԺ պատգամավորների բացակայությունը վկայում էր հարցի եւ լսումների նկատմամբ նրանց անլուրջ վերաբերմունքի մասին:

 

Ելույթ ունեցողների մի մասը չխորշեց չարաշահել իրենց խոսելու հնարավորությունը՝ “նախկինների” բոստանից ցոգոլ գողանալու համար: Հիշեցնեմ, որ 2013 թվականի հայտնի աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումների համատեքստում Հայաստանի ղեկավարության իմաստուն որոշումը զերծ պահեց Հայաստանն ու Արցախը գեոպոլիտիկ ցնցումներից: Իսկ թե ինչի՞ կարող էին բերել այդ ցնցումները՝ դիտեք և ուսումնասիրեք Ուկրաինայի օրիանկով:

 

Եթե հոգու խորքում ձեր ղեկավարի նման դեմ եք մեր անդամակցությանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, մեջ մի գցեք, արտահայտվեք մինչև վերջ: Թե “դուխովների” դուխը չի՞ հերիքում:

 

Թե չէ զավեշտալի է, երբ միևնույն ժամանակ քննադատում եք, որ Ասոցիացման համաձանագիր չկնքեցինք (թե ինչու, բազմիցս բացատրել ենք), ու հետո գովում եք մեր իսկ մշակած ու մեր շնորհիվ ստորագրված ԵՄ-Հայաստան համաձայնագիրը:

 

Եթե իրոք կարծում եք, որ այն չի բավարարում Հայաստանին, ապա մեծ-մեծ խոսելու փոխարեն կարող եք չեղարկել այն և հայտարարել, որ ԵՄ ուղղությամբ ձեր ամբիցիաները ավելի մեծ են և դուք ուզում եք Ասոցիացման համաձայնագիր: Հը՞ն, կանե՞ք:

 

Մնացած հարցերի մասին:

 

  1. Չկար առարկայական հաշվետվություն, թե համաձայնագրի իրականացման ճանապարհային քարտեզով 2019 թվականի համար նախատեսված ո՞ր միջոցառումները ժամանակին չեն իրակացվել և ինչու՞:
  2. Ներկա բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից և ոչ ոք չանդրադարձավ օրերս իմ կողմից բարձրաձայնված ԵՄ-Ադրբեջան նախապատրաստվող համնաձայնագրում Արցախի խնդրի ձըակերպումների կարևորագույն հարցին: Այդքան հանգի՞ստ եք: Թե՞ այդքան անպատասխանատու: Գուցե այդքան անճա՞ր:
  3. Որևէ կերպ չշոշափվեց Արևելյան Գործընկերության նոր ռազմավարության (Eastern Partnership 2020+) մեջ Հայաստանի դիրքի ամրապնդման խնդիրները, հատկապես որ ԵՄ-ի նախնական քննարկումներում առավել ընդգծվում է ասոցիացված եռյակը և գրեթե անտեսվում Հայաստանը»:
