Ասացին, որ զբաղվել եմ ինքնիրավչությամբ. ՁԻԱՀ–ի կանխարգելման կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն
VIDEOՈստիկանությունում ինձ ասացին, որ զբաղվել եմ ինքնիրավչությամբ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 26–ին, ոստիկանությունից դուրս գալուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՁԻԱՀ–ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Արամ Հակոբյանը, որն այսօր ուշ երեկոյան բերման էր ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին։
«Չկա իմ պաշտոնից չբխող որևէ գործողություն, որ ես կատարել եմ։ Բերբերյանին մեզ ներկայացրել են որպես տնօրեն, ինչին ես համաձայն չեմ եղել, նրանք որոշել են, որ ես զբաղվել եմ ինքնիրավչությամբ, եւ բերել են այստեղ»,– լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նա։
Փոխտնօրենի խոսքով՝ նախարարը նախորդ տնօրենին ազատել է առանց դրա համար հիմքեր ունենալու, ինչի առնչությամբ ինքը հայտնել է իր անհամաձայնությունը։
Փոխտնօրենը համաձայն չէ, որ նախկին տնօրենը թերացել է իր աշխատանքում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իր հետ համամիտ են նաեւ կենտրոնի մյուս աշխատակիցները, որոնք այսօր երեկոյան հավաքվել էին ոստիկանության շենքի մոտ. «Սա անհամաձայնություն է, մարդկանց դիրքորոշումը, որն ուժային մեթոդներով չի կարող դադարեցվել, ամեն ինչ պետք է լուծվի օրինական ճանապարհով։ Այսքան վարչապետ կա այստեղ, բոլորը վարչապետ են, հայտարարել է մեր վարչապետը, հիմա վարչապետերի ձայնը տեղ չի հասնում ստիպված այսպիսի բաներ են անում»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենց մտահոգությունները բազմիցս ներկայացրել են նախարարին, սակայն ապարդյուն։ Փոխտնօրենը նշեց, որ աշխատակազմը շարունակելու է աշխատել բնականոն հունով եւ հիվանդները չեն տուժելու։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ ԱՆ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նշել էր, որ Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հրամանով՝ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Գրիգորյանը 2020 թ. փետրվարի 25-ից ազատվել է աշխատանքից: Նախարարի մեկ այլ հրամանով կենտրոնի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել Արթուր Բերբերյանը:
Թորոսյանի որոշմամբ՝ նաև ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնը եւ «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն կլինիկական հիվանդանոցը պետք է միավորվեն։ Կենտրոնի աշխատակազմը նախարարի որոշումների հետ համաձայն չէ, ինչի առնչությամբ հայտնել է իր դժգոհությունը։
