Պահեստային տարբերակ են ուզում անցկացնե՞լ
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ԱԺ առաջիկա քառօրյային քննարկման են դրվելու, այսպես կոչված, վեթթինգի մասին օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթն ու «Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» նախագիծը։
Խորհրդարանի մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցել են, որ իշխանությունները այս նախագծերի մեջ բավականին «նրբորեն» փաթեթավորել և ներդրել են ևս մի ռիսկային նախագիծ, որը փաստացի գալու է փոխարինելու բավականին լայն արձագանք ստացած «Բանկային գաղտնիքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծին, որն ընդունվել էր ԱԺ-ի կողմից և ուղարկվել նախագահի ստորագրմանը։
Նշենք, որ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը այս նախագիծը չէր ստորագրել և ուղարկել էր ՍԴ՝ սահմանադրականության հարցը ուսումնասիրելու։ Նշյալ նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ դնելուց ի վեր բավական սուր քննադատությունների ու մեկնաբանությունների առիթ էր հանդիսացել մասնագիտական շրջանակների կողմից, քանի որ իր մեջ բավականին լուրջ ու խորքային ռիսկեր է պարունակում։
Հիմա փորձ է արվում ունենալ պահեստային տարբերակ՝ ՍԴ-ի կողմից նշյալ օրենքը հակասահմանադրական ճանաչելու դեպքում «ձեռքի տակ ունենալու» համար: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին նշյալ թեմայով բավականին թեժ քննարկումներ են ընթանում ԱԺ սենյակներում։
