Երեկ՝ փետրվարի 26-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում Ստեփանավան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցի սկզբնամասում՝ «Ստեփան Շահումյանի» արձանի մոտ, ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնի ՊՊԾ դասակի ծառայողները ծառայություն կատարելիս նկատել են, որ մի քաղաքացի հրկիզված վիճակում աղաղակում է և վազում այս ու այն կողմ:

 

 

 

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ոստիկանության ծառայողները մոտեցել են այդ քաղաքացուն, ով ակնհայտ ոչ սթափ վիճակում կամրջի եզրին հագից հանելով այրվող տաբատը, մարմնի կիսով չափ անցել է կամրջի եզրային մետաղե արգելապատնեշը՝ կանգնելով վտանգավոր եզրագծի վրա և ձեռքին գտնվող բենզինով լի պլաստմասե տարայով փորձել է նորից իր վրա բենզին լցնել՝ սպառնալով, որ այդ վիճակով կամրջից ցած է նետվելու:

Կայքի տեղեկութուններով՝ ոստիկանները արագ կողմնորոշվելով՝ օպերատիվորեն արձագանքել ու անմիջապես բռնել են նրան և կանխել ինքնասպանության փորձը, որից հետո օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Ստեփանավանի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը նրան տեղափոխել են «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:

 

Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանների կողմից փրկված քաղաքացին Ստեփանավան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Ա. Կ.-ն է, ով 2018 թ.-ի հունիսից հաշվառված է «Ստեփանավան» Բ/Կ-ի հոգեբուժական կաբինետում, որպես հոգեկան հիվանդ՝ «բնավորության գծերի շեշտվածություն, ցնորազառանցանքային համախտանիշ» ախտորոշմամբ:
