SOCIETYԻջեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղալումյանը հափշտակել է խոշոր չափի գումարներ եւ վատնել՝ շուրջ 18 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ. կատարվում է նախաքննություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։
Իջեւանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը նախկինում զբաղեցրած պաշտոնատար անձը, քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության ներքո գործող համայնքային ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ եւ պաշտոնեական դիրքի օգտագործմամբ, քաղաքապետարանի կարիքների համար տարբեր ապրանքանյութական արժեքներ ձեռք բերելու եւ քաղաքի բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար հիշյալ կազմակերպությանը վստահված միջոցներից փոխանցել է գումարներ, որոնք ուղղվել են տարբեր տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին, որից հետո կազմվել են ապրանքների մատակարարման եւ աշխատանքների ընդունման-հանձնման կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր, իսկ փոխանցված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի դրամական միջոցները՝ հափշտակվել։
Բացի այդ, վերոհիշյալ տնօրենը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ եւ պաշտոնեական դիրքի օգտագործմամբ համայնքային ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպության տարբեր հաստիքների հրամանագրել է իրականում աշխատանքի չհաճախող 7 քաղաքացիների, թույլատրել է նրանց անվամբ 2014-2020 թթ. ընթացքում որպես աշխատավարձ դուրս գրել իրեն վստահված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարներ՝ դրանով իսկ վատնելով դրանք։
Առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկված համապատասխան միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ յուրացվել եւ վատնվել է նախնական տվյալներով ընդհանուր 17.6 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գումար: Համապատասխան միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում պատճառված վնասի չափը հստակեցնելու, հանցագործության կատարմանը ներգրավված անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
