Սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակը Հայաստանում կայունանում է
SOCIETYՀայաստանում շարունակում է սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակի կայունացումը, իսկ որոշ ցուցանիշներով պայմանավորված՝ նաև նվազումը: Նվազման միտում դիտվում է պոլիկլիկնիկական դիմելության, շտապ օգնության կանչերում և հոսպիտլացումներում։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից,
չնայած իրավիճակի կայունացմանը, հանրապետության, մասնավորապես՝ Երևանի հիվանդանոցները դեռևս աշխատում են գերծանրաբեռնված, որտեղ 92.8%-ը կազմում են մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխաները:
«Կայունացում է դիտվում նաև կրթական հաստատություններում շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված բացակայությունների մասով։ Ինչպես արդեն նշել էինք, կրթական հաստատություններում իրականացվում է «համաճարակաբանական ֆիլտր», որի արդյունքում սուր շնչառական վարակներին բնորոշ երեխաների մուտքն արգելվում է կրթական հաստատություններ: Այսօր 278 երեխայի չի թույլատրվել մասնակցելու դասապրոցեսներին, մասնավորապես՝ Երևանում ֆիլտրման արդյունքում տուն է ուղարկվել 153, իսկ մարզերում՝ 125 երեխա:
Լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների համաձայն` հանրապետությունում շարունակվում է Ա H1N1 ենթատեսակի, եզակի դեպքերում՝ Ա H3N2 ենթատեսակի, գրիպի Բ տեսակի, ինչպես նաև շնչառական այլ վարակների հարուցիչների շրջանառությունը:
Սուր շնչառական վարակներով, գրիպով չհիվանդանալու, ինչպես նաև հետգրիպային բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով՝ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կրկին հիշեցնում է.
- պատվաստվե´ք սեզոնային գրիպի դեմ՝ դիմելով Ձեր հաշվառման պոլիկլինիկա,
- խուսափե´ք գրիպանման երևույթներով հիվանդների հետ շփումից,
- եթե հիվանդ եք՝ մնացե´ք տանը, հատկապես՝ գրիպանման երևույթներ ունեցող երեխաներին մի´ թույլատրեք հաճախել դպրոց և մանկապարտեզ՝ ապահովելով բժշկի կողմից խորհրդատվությունը և բուժումը,
- եթե հիվանդ եք, հրավիրեք տեղամասային մանկաբույժին, թերապևտին կամ ընտանեկան բժշկին և մի´ զբաղվեք ինքնաբուժմամբ,
- մի´ օգտագործեք հակաբիոտիկներ, քանի որ դրանք ցուցված չեն գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների բուժման համար,
- հագնվե´ք եղանակին համահունչ,
- պահպանե´ք հազի և փռշտալու վարվելակարգը,
- օգտագործե´ք հնարավորինս շատ հեղուկներ,
- հաճախակի օդափոխե´ք փակ տարածքները,
- հետևե´ք անձնական հիգիենային»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
