POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածու, Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանի փետրվարի 28-ի հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ընտրողների հետ Դադիվանք, Եղեգնուտ, Նոր Էրքեջ, Նոր Ղարաչինար, Նոր Խարխափուտ, Չարեքտար, Քնարավան համայնքներում: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Արցախի նախագահի թեկնածուի գրասենյակը:
Հանդիպումների ընթացքում Վիտալի Բալասանյանն անդրադարձել է բոլոր այն խնդիրներին, որոնք ունեն տվյալ գյուղի բնակիչները և ներկայացրել իր թիմի լուծումները։
«Հողը մերն է, մեր գյուղացունն է, մենք այն մեր արյան գնով ենք ձեռք բերել։ Դա նշանակում է, որ այն մեր մարմնի մասնիկն է ու մենք պետք է արարենք դրա վրա, երկիրը զարգացնենք»,- ասել է Բալասանյանը և նշել, որ Արցախում բնակչության կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման գործընթացի արգելակման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը կոռուպցիան է՝ ամենատարբեր դրսևորումներով:
«Առաջին հերթին պայքարելու ենք պետական ունեցվածքի հափշտակության, բյուջեի մսխման և քիրվայության դեմ: Այս ամենի արդյունքում է, որ մեր գյուղական համայնքներում առ այսօր լուծված չեն կենսական նշանակության խնդիրները, որոնցից ամենագլխավորներից մեկն են ջրագծերը»,- ասել է նախագահի թեկնածուն։
Ինչպես Արցախի շատ համայնքներում, այս գյուղերում էլ առաջնային են նաև փողոցային լուսավորության, մշակութային կենտրոնների՝ ակումբների եւ զբաղվածության խնդիրները։
«Ամոթ է, որ մեր գյուղացին երեկոյան չի զբոսնում լուսավորված փողոցներով, հյուր չի գնում, տնից դուրս չի գալիս խավարի պատճառով: Փողոցները պիտի լուսավորվեն արևային էներգիայից սնվող լապտերներով, ինչը չի ծանրաբեռնի համայնքային ծախսերը: Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է բոլոր համայնքներում հիմնել նաև ազգային և ժամանակակից արվեստի խմբակներ։ Պիտի ստեղծենք մշակութային կրթության նոր համակարգ, քանզի մշակույթը ազգային արժեհամակարգի հիմքն է, պիտի ապահովենք մշակութային կրթություն իրականացնող հաստատությունների համակարգված գործունեություն՝ ստեղծագործական ներուժի բացահայտման ու զարգացման նպատակով»,- ընդգծել է Բալասանյանը։
