Արցախը մեր ժողովրդի հավաքական երազանքի մարմնացումն է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը։ Սա պաթետիկ բառերի հետևում թաքնվելու փորձ չէ, ոչ էլ՝ ալեգորիաներով ոչինչ չասելու ոճ։ Ասվածը կարելի է հիմնավորել, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքատնտեսական կատեգորիաներով:

 

 

 

Արցախը 21-րդ դար մեր անցաթուղթն է, գոյության իրավունքը և մեր լավագույն որակների լակմուսը։ Արցախը ռեալ պոլիտիկի հետ մեր միակ կապն է։ Հենց նրա շնորհիվ մեզ հետ հաշվի են նստում, մենք մեզանից ինչ-որ բան ենք ներկայացնում տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում։

 

Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանում համատարած ու համապետական քաոս է ու աղմուկ, Արցախն է ֆիլտրում կարևորն ու անկարևորը։ Եթե չլիներ Արցախը, կպարզվեր, որ ռեստորանում ՀԴՄ չտրամադրած ազատամարտիկ-գործարարը մեր երկրի համար ավելի վտանգավոր թշնամի է, քան Ալիևն ու նրա Ադրբեջանը։ Եթե չլիներ Արցախը, կպարզվեր, որ երկիրը պահողը ոչ թե զինվորն է, այլ սոցցանցերում ստատուս գրողը։ Ցանկը՝ շարունակելի։

 

Շուտով Արցախում ընտրություններ են։ Դրա կարևորության մասին գրեթե չի խոսվում։ Երևանում այն դիտում են որպես ներհայաստանյան վերջին զարգացումների շարունակություն, նոր իշխանության ազդեցության հաստատում, Ստեփանակերտում՝ դերակատարման ավելացման կամ երկար պահված ռևանշիզմի նոր շանս։ Մինչդեռ հասկանալի է, որ սա ևս մեկ քաղաքական փոփոխություն չէ ամենևին։ Նժարին ավելին է, քան պարզապես իշխանափոխությունը։

Արցախը միայն պետություն չէ դասական ընկալմամբ: Արցախը մեր միջնաբերդն է: Նրա ամրությամբ կկարողանանք գոյատևել ու նվաճել ապրելու մեր իրավունքը կամ ֆիզիկապես կանհետանանք։ Արցախը մեր ընթացքն է՝ մեր երազանքի ճանապարհը, որ պետք է պաշտպանել:

Այսօր էլ մեր շուրջ ապրում են մարդիկ, ովքեր ոչինչ չեն խնայել այդ երազանքը պաշտպանելու համար ու կրկին պատրաստ են պաշտպանել: Այդպիսին է Վիտալի Բալասանյանը։ Ով լավ գիտի Արցախն ու նրա գեներալներին, վստահ կասի` Արցախը հենց Վիտալի Բալասանյանի պես մարդիկ են՝ իրենց կերպով, տեսակով, առավելություններով ու թերություններով: Հիմա հարկ կա ընտրելու Արցախը, ընտրելու Վիտալի Բալասանյանին:

Դիմում եմ նաև Արցախում բնակվող կամ տարբեր ծրագրեր իրականացնող իմ բոլոր ընկերներին։ Եկել է ժամանակը պաշտպանելու պաշտպաններին։ Եկել է ժամանակը սատարելու համահայկական երազանքի պահապաններին:

Լուսանկարում բացառիկ հայ արվեստագետ, հայկական սիմվոլիզմի լեգենդ Վալենտին Պոդպոմոգովի «Սումգայիթյան տիրամայր» կտավն է: Արցախի ապագայի մասին խոսելիս միշտ պետք է աչքի առաջ ունենալ այս կտավը, քանի որ այն հրաշալի կերպով արտացոլում է, թե ինչ կլիներ մեր ժողովրդի հետ, եթե չլինեին ռեալ մարդիկ, որոնք ոչ թե միայն խոսում, այլև գործում էին, եթե չլինեին հերոսներ, եթե չլինեին «վիտալիբալասանյաններ»:
