Թեև Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի ակտիվ փուլը մեկնարկելու է դեռևս մարտի 3-ից, սակայն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն իսկ լծվել են ԱՅՈ-ի քարոզչությանը: Փաստաբանական համայնքն արդեն իսկ ահազանգում է, որ այդ քարոզչության ընթացքում կոպտորեն խախտվում է սահմանադրական նորմերը: Մասնավորապես, նման մեղադրանք է հնչեցվել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերաբերյալ, ով յուրաքանչյուր օր իր ՖԲ պաշտոնական էջում զետեղում է քարոզարշավին նվիրված նյութեր: Որ օրենքն է խախտում Փաշինյանը:
 
Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքը «Հանրաքվեի մասին», իր 17 հոդվածի 14-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հստակ սահմանում է՝

 

 
14.Արգելվում է քարոզչություն կատարել և ցանկացած բնույթի քարոզչական նյութ տարածել`

 

1) հանրային ծառայողներին, առողջապահական կամ բժշկական կազմակերպությունների, ուսումնական հաստատությունների, նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների աշխատողներին` իրենց լիազորություններն իրականացնելիս կամ ի պաշտոնե հանդես գալիս.

 

 
Հետևաբար, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրականացնում է ԱՅՈ-ի քարոզը իր ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջով, այն էլ աշխատանքային ժամերին՝ դա վերոնշյալ օրենքի խախատում է:
 

 

Իշխանությունների համապատասխան «օգնություն» է ցուցաբերում նաև հարկատուների հաշվին աշխատող պետական հեռուստաընկերությունը և դա անում է որոշակի խախատումներով, կողմնապահությամբ: Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը ռեպորտաժ է պատրաստել «Այո» տարբերանշանի իրական ստեղծողների մասին (3 րոպե 21 վայրկյան)։ Ռեպորտաժում խոսվում է «Այո» շտաբի մասին, մեջբերվում են «Այո» շտաբի համակարգող Սուրեն Պապիկյանի խոսքերը և նշվում, որ մի շարք «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավորներ ևս խոսել են տարբերանշանի շուրջ ստեղծված աղմուկի մասին։ Սրան հակառակ, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը ռեպորտաժ չի պատրաստել «ՈՉ»-ի շտաբի մասին։ Սա ակնհայտ քաղաքական տեխնոլոգիա է, որն իր մեջ պարունակում է ոչ ուղիղ «Այո»-ի քարոզ։
