Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գերագույն խորհրդի նախկին պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանը, ով մասնակցում է «Այո և ոչ» նախագծին, կիսվեց իր տպավորություններով՝ կապված նախագծի շրջանակներում եղած վերջին հանդիպումների և քարոզարշվի հետ:

Պարոն Արշակյանը մասնավորպես նշեց. «Բազմաթիվ հանդիպումներ ունեցանք: Իմ տպավորությամբ՝ երկու հանդիպման ժամանակ քաղաքացիները մնացել էին խիստ ինստրուկցիայի տակ: Ինստրուկցիան հետևյալն էր՝ չլսել, չկարդալ, չվիճել, չքննարկել: Մալիշկայում մեզ ասացին, որ քննարկելու բան չունեն:

Համայնքի ղեկավարի ու Մոսկվայից Արա Աբրահամյանի կարգադրություն կա՝ ասել «այո»: Հաջորդն Արտաշատն էր, որտեղ նույնպես սցենարը գրված էր, հարցաթերթիկները բաժանված էին: Հարցաթերթիկներն իրենց մեջ արդեն պարունակում էին «այո» պատասխանը: Այդ երկու բնակավայրերը կարող եմ առանձնացնել:

Բարեբախտաբար, երրորդ տեղը՝ բրոնզե մրցանակակիրը, դեռ չկա: Մնացած համայնքներում, մի քիչ լավ, մի քիչ վատ»:

Քաղաքական գործիչը պատմեց, որ հրավիրված մարդիկ հիմնականում մանկավարժներ էին, բժիշկներ, համայնքի ադմինիստրացիայի ներկայացուցիչներ, հիմնարկների աշխատակիցներ և այլն: Նրա խոսքով՝հանդիպումները բավականին աշխույժ էին:

«Մարդիկ հարցեր էին տալիս, որոնց մենք պատասխանում էինք: Որոշ տեղերում ակնհայտորեն «ոչ» էր, մարդիկ շատ դժգոհ էին ոչ թե Սահմանադրությունից, օրենքներից, այլ իրենց կարգավիճակից: Իսկ տեսախցիկներն անջատելու ժամանակ մարդիկ ասում էին՝ ե՞րբ պետք է այս ամենը վերջանա, ե՞րբ եք Երևանում փոխելու դրանց:

Հետաքրքիրն այն էր, որ «այո» ասողներն ընդգծված հակադեմոկրատ էին: Նրանք ասում էին, որ չի կարելի համայնքը պառակտել, ի՞նչ կարիք կա մի քանի անգամ գնալ ընտրության, թող ավագանին ընտրի քաղաքապետին, ինչպես Երևանում, շատ վատ է, որ նախագահ ենք ընտրում և կոնֆլիկտներ են լինում, քանի որ դա մեր ժողովրդին պառակատում էր»,- հայտնեց Ազատ Արշակյանը:

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կարծիք կա հանրահավաքային պայքարի մասին, մեր զրուցակիցը պատասխանեց. «Երկու շաբաթից ավելի է՝ դրսում ենք, օպերատիվ ինֆորմացիա չունենք, բայց մենք մրցակիցներ չենք և գտնվում ենք տարբեր հարթությունների վրա»:

Արշակյանը նկատում է, որ «այո» ասողների մեջ կան «ոչ»-ի կողմնակիցներ և հակառակը: «Դա երևում է ոմանց վարքագծից և դեռ կբացահայտվի, իսկ մենք կողմ ենք «ոչ» ասողներին: Մենք համագործակցողներ ենք և գաղափարակիցներ, եթե «ոչ»-ը «ոչ» է: «Ոչ» ենք ասում և՛ Սահմանադրության նոր տարբերակին, և՛ նրանց, ովքեր խանգարում են մեզ»,- խոսքը եզրափակեց Ազատ Արշակյանը:
