Մեղադրանք Աբովյանի քաղաքապետին, «դեղին քարտ»՝ մյուսներին

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը գրում է.
Աբովյանի քաղաքապետ Վահագն Գևորգյանը որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգարվվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 315.2 հոդվածով (պետական կամ համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասերի ինքնակամ զավթումը, ինչպես նաև շենքերի և շինությունների ինքնակամ կառուցումը կասեցնելու, կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով միջոցներ չձեռնարկելը) նախատեսված առերևույթ հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու համար և նրան առաջադրվել է համապատասխան մեղադրանք։
Իրավական հարցերի մեջ խորամուխ լինելու ցանկություն բացարձակապես չունեմ, մանավանդ՝ չեմ կարծում, որ այս քրեական գործը միայն իրավական բաղադրիչ ունի։
Հայաստանում հեղափոխությունը շատ քիչ բան է փոխել, ու իշխանությունը չի կարողանում «մարսել», որ խոշոր քաղաքներից մեկում ընդդիմության թեկնածուն կարող է հաղթել իր մարդուն, մանավանդ, որ քարոզարշավին մասնակցել էր անձամբ վարչապետը։
Մյուս կողմից՝ դեռ անցած տարվա վերջին Կոտայքի մարզպետը «կանխատեսել» էր, որ այս տարի Աբովյանում տեղի են ունենալու նոր ընտրություններ՝ թեև Վահագն Գևորգյանն ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ էր հաղթել մրցակցային ընտրություններում։
Մյուս կողմից՝ ընտրված է ոչ իշխանական քաղաքապետին պատժելու «ամեահարմար» պահը․ հիմա բոլոր համայնքապետերը կլծվեն «Այո»-ի ապահովմանը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ իրավապահները կարող են «փորփրել» իրենց անցյալը։ Երեկ գյուղապետերից մեկը ինձ հետ զրույցում նվնվում էր, որ իր վրա «պլան» են դրել։ Իրեն էլ եմ ասել ու հիմա կրկնում եմ՝ ես այդ գյուղապետի անունը ու նրա պատմությունը չեմ հրապարակայնացնի․ եթե «մաքուր» է ու քաղաքացիական գիտակցություն ունի, թող ինքը խոսի՝ միաժամանակ իշխանության «պլանն» ընդունելու և ինձ «արժեքավոր» տեղեկատվություն փոխանցելու փոխարեն։
